Days pass, turning into weeks. The air is turning colder, forcing us to actually start wearing undergarments and wrap our capes around our shoulders. The nights are getting longer with each passing day, forcing us to retrieve into our houses earlier.
But colder weather isn't the only thing coming around. It's time for our first partial exams of the year. Elena still helps me with studying every day, but I'm much better than I was a month ago. My magic is stronger too, even Professor Harpalyke is pleased with my progress, while I'm just glad, I'm not failing classes anymore. Well, except for Combat, but that's a whole other story.
