Chapter 8 :: Singing loudly?

[ Sons of Kumbhkaran's,...sleeping peacefully, leaving me hungry ]
Insiyaa grumbled under her breath, tossing and turning left, right
As, they arrived at resort between 7:30/8:00 a.m.,.... all of them were so tired that they went straight to bed. None of them had a little courtesy to ask her whether or not she needs anything or if she is hungry at all or better, if she'd like to get out now.... you know for sight seeing and all......
normally that's what you do when you take a 2 hours bus journey to railway station and then a train journey of 22 hours to a different state.....
thanks to Shawkat nobody offered that!
Now there is not a rat but an entire zoo running around inside her stomach. She didn't get a wink of sleep, wasn’t sure whether It's because of lack of food or because of her excitement of exploring a new place completely on her own.......
correction! with her brothers, a family friend and a hot stranger family friend of her family friend.
She tossed and turned until it's already 11 a.m........Everyone must be already at the lobby, she got up from the bed and lightly tapped on Rahat's side too, but all she got was a groan and snoring.....
she huffed and got up to get ready and after covering herself modestly, she left the room to go where the other threes were sleeping. After three knock, Sankalp opened the door still rubbing his eyes.
"where are they" She asked exasperatedly and entered shoving him aside..........her jaw dropped!
truly this room was fairly big! Air-conditioned, there was a large tv, a mini fridge, a small table and cane chairs........and by the smell of this room, all of them were smoking and none of them even bothered to pull off the curtains to let the stink or the fog out!
She grimaced rubbing her fingers on her nose.......honestly how do you live with this smell of nicotine, Baba wouldn’t like it a bit! Though he smokes too sometimes but never this much.
Sankalp went to the washroom. Blaze was sleeping with his whole lean yet mascular back on display which made her jaw drop yet again automatically.......
blush crept her face as she cleared her throat and turned around closing her eyes, then took a deep breath and open them again only to see Shawkat was sleeping in a single sofa bed he ordered at the morning.
She tried to wake him up only because she knew that if she went out without informing him, he would be furious.
And she really wanted to go out.....after all she didn’t take all the risk to stay cooped up in a hotel room, right!
"Damn...how can someone sleep like that. Shawky get up na! I want to go out. Shawwwk." She whispered, almost yelled only stopped herself when she remembers that her brother wasn’t the only one staying in this room
'Shawky....get up man! It's already 11:30' Rahat came in time and called him this time
'Let me sleep......Get lost' Shawkat grumbled pulling his blanket over his face
'Shawkat,....get up!' Sankalp came out washroom and yelled at him again but got no response.
Rahat and Sankalp looked at each other and suddenly Sankalp took the remote and turn on the tv where chumma chumma song was playing, he increased the volume, Blaze jolted out of sleep and sat up straight and looked over them with an irritated expression which nobody noticed again and Rahat harshly snatched the blanket away from Shawkat,.....
then started singing loudly with the music animatedly......

Jumma jumma jumma jumma.....
aree o jumma... Meri janeman, bahar nikal, aaj jumma hai ____
Insiyaa was grinning ear to ear and Sankalp joined too
Aaj ka waada hai..dekh mein agaya, tu bhi jaldi aa, mujhe mat ab tadpa__
Shawkat sat up glaring at three of them,, he snatched the blanket back from Rahat and.....'SCREW BOTH OF YOU' he growled angrily and went back to sleep again,.....
By that time, tv turned off on it's own due to load shedding and as well as the song
they stopped too, looking at each other in lost expression......
might have forgotten the lyrics too......Blaze thought was watching them with an amused expression......to say he was surprised by all their childish attitude would be an understatement. All he wanted to do was scream at them because they disturbed his precious sleep but only sniggers left his mouth without his knowledge but that did not stop the 4, they were busy singing.
'Aage kya tha!'
[ What was next ] Sankalp asked
's**t!...i forgot' even Rahat couldn't remember, he was scratching back of his head
"Arre tu boli thi...."
Insiyaa said suddenly....Sankalp grinned and pull his hand out like a mic infront of her and encouraged her to carry on....
'go on' Rahat mouthed
Pichle jumme ko chumma doongi......aagle jumme ko.
Aaj jumma hai,......To aaja!

Aaja........
'Chumma chumma de de....chumma chumma de de chumma' Shawkat got up from bed and started singing with them,.....Blaze sighed shaking his head and got up from bed and went straight to the washroom.
Insiyaa hugged Shawkat and said.......
"Shawky....I'm so sorry, plz stop being angry with me! Agee se nahi karungi aisa
[ i won't do to it next time ]
'there won't be any next time Insu!' He sighed putting his hand around her small frame affectionately and warned in low voice .
'aur tu yahan enjoy karna chahti hai na ?
[ you wanna enjoy this trip right ? ]
I'll make sure....it'll be the most memorable trip of your entire life.
Baba ke baree me tension mat le, main saab sambhal loongi'
[ don't worry about baba, I'll take care of everything ]
"So you are not angry with me!" Insiyaa looked at him with hopeful eyes when suddenly her stomach growled and Shawkat threw his head back laughing as other two chuckled.
'Nahi! [ no ]....i mean i was! But right now ? not any more, now let's get you some food. Blaze hurry up, we are waiting at the lobby' Shawkat called out for Blaze and left the room after getting ready himself
Blaze was listening everything with a gentle smile on his face and apparently this little troublemaker can fill any dull place with her own colour.......
if he had a little doubts about taking this vacation, now It's shedding off, for some reasons he believes he is going to have a very good time here.
