"Goddess Anna! You sure know how to get yourself into some touchy situations!" Casey said as he helped me grab some clean clothes.
Thankfully, he was the first person I ran into once King Maddox released me. He didn't hesitate to drop what he was doing to make sure I was alright. I felt and probably looked so disgusting right now, all I wanted was to bathe and get some clean clothes and just go to bed. It was still early in the day, but I was up most of the night cleaning and was just plain exhausted emotionally and physically.
