Ch 1: Like always

"Diiiii"

"Like always, I get up at 6 o 'clock and my day starts."

I started my routine; going to the washroom to fresh myself, then my breakfast and finally going to work by car.

As a journalist I never found any interesting news. It is always the same. Our quote is the same: "Reach the rich and the river of money will reach you". I think it is the most stupid thing that i ever heard. Anyway, i hope i can record something interesting and not just political things.

I arrived to my work and went directly to my seat. I opened the computer and started working.

While people continue working like routine BECAUSE is a routine, I was just thinking about one thing: upgrading to a director. It's a hard way, but I need to be a director and change this "hard way" to a good place. Our CEO is always on trips and doesn't care much about his own company. His rule is the same:"Don't attack Mr. Landwol" the candidate of president. So our current goal is to have evidence that their enemies are the worst candidates while Evan Landwol is the best candidate. Therefore, he could have more votes. Nowadays, we are achieving it.

Finally, it's the time that we call "breaking time".

Just 30 minutes to breathe while we were working for 4 hours.

I didn't waste time and went to a cafe to rest.

When I arrived, it was not much of a rush so I put in the line to order.

While i was waiting i was looking the menu.

XX: Joseph!

I turned to the voice. Was Mary Anne. My childhood friend!

Mary: Hello, Joseph! What's up!

Joseph: Hey, Ann. I was looking at the menu. There is a limited burger!

Mary: Nice! I want too.

XX: Who did the feck news?

Mary: Bye bye my special burger. See ya!

Mary returned to her post. She is the editor so if it something wrong she will sacrifice her own neck for others.

Xx: You wanna order something?

The voice of cafe's worker call me. I think it's my turn.

Joseph: Yes.

I ordered and they gave me my special hot burger.

Then, I went to an empty table and sat up. I started eating but Anne didn't come back.

"I hope she wasn't a dandelion. "-I smiled

Mary Anne loves Dandelions. I mean there are many flowers but she always prefers, dandelions.

She always says that we, humans, are like dandelions. When it's time, we fly to another place, leaving our birthplace to know other places or just because we are forced. I always think that this is a ... stupidly truth! She is sometimes weird but always thinks true!

I returned to my post but still didn't have any news of Anne.

I started working but in a few minutes I feel like that was converted from excitement to boring . Help me. Plis. Really. Sadly, I had many pre-ideas, but not working.

Although it had just 1 hour passed, people started doing nothing. So I did the same. I stood up and started picking up my things to go to my house. As always, no one had crossed my path, so I had just left the company. Unexpectedly, I had encountered Anne sitting on the sidewalk. In my opinion, she was in her thoughts. Like always, she is so thoughtful. That is why she writes such nice news?

Anyway, I went and sat up with Anny on the sidewalk. She recognized my presence and turned to me. I don't know why she turned happy.

Joseph: Your happy? Something had happened?

Anne: No, actually.

J:Why are you here? I mean... you are part of the editorial.

Anne:And you are the head master.

J: Yeah.... you know....

I looked up at the sky.

J: I'm tired of that.

Anne: What do you want? I mean we can talk with...

She is so simple and pure.

J: I start working there thinking that if there i would change. But its not enough. I cant change them. So I understand. It's not my problem. It is this society. I cant change them. I have not enough power to do.

When i turned to Anne.

Anne: Always confidence never doubts.

J: True.

While people leaving the company, i noticed that they were looking me like "men. Look at this dude.. So stu.."

Anne: It's so disturbing there. Like they not want us.

J: I don't care.

Anne: I'm going home.

J: Okay. My car is near. I will drop you at your house.

Annie: I want to go by taxi.

J: Sure-?

Annie: Yeah. I want to go somewhere before reaching my house. See ya.

J: See ya!

Annie stood up and left my side. I did the same. I took my car and returned to my house.

At night, while I was trying to sleep, I understood many things about myself just on that day. I live how my life is. I want to be a lonely dandelion. I don't want anybody near to me . I just want to live like that.

I looked at the clock and it was just 8 pm and I felt so tired. I was not feeling very sleepy, so I called Anne.

J: Waiting for Anne.

It passed like 3 minutes waiting for her to get the call. She didnt. So i stopped. Of course, she has her life and I have my own life.

J: Feeling so tired. Better go to sleep.

I sleep deeply because of a tiring day.

POV Omniscient Narrator

At 4 am, one call disturbed Joseph's night and his sleep. He felt molested while sleeping. The call stopped, so he felt better. Now he can continue sleeping. But It was not the ending. The mobile rang again. It was enough for him to wake up.

He woke up furious and took the mobile that was ringging.

J: WHAAT? FOR GOD SAKE IS JUST 4:05 AM.

Xx: It's me, Joseph. Relax.

He verified. The call was from Dewey. His college.

He put the mobile on his ear again while he was trying to relax himself.

J: Dewey? What's happenin'?

Dewey: Men. There was a call from Nature park. Someone suicide there.

J: Someone?

Dewey: Just come before other channel comes. You want to change this world. THIS IS THE NEWS THAT YOU WAS WAITING!

J: I'm on way.

He went to enlist to go Nature Park.
