I stood in the walk-in closet, turning from side to side, not sure if I liked this dress. I so rarely wore dresses anymore. It just felt wrong, and it was so long, going down all the way to the floor with an open slit by my left leg.
It looked good, but I was just not used to it anymore. It had a dark blue color, and it would shine a little when it caught the light. I had put my hair up into a high ponytail and made a few small braids that became part of the ponytail.
I wore a little mascara and eyeliner, but I was not used to wearing makeup, so I didn’t want to overdo it.
