Wes stepped foot on the training ground and was surprised to see the number of warriors that were wanting to join his Elite team. The established Elite Warriors were staying behind to protect the King and Queen. Maxon had come to Wes and asked him to devise challenges to choose the new Elite Warriors that would join him on his mission. Before Wes could bite off his head, Maxon informed him that father had come up with the idea. Wes wanted to strangle his father for giving him more work to do. He initially wanted to observe the warriors during regular training, but no, his father had to butt in, which he guessed in the long run was an actual great freaking idea.
