She blinked at me as if I had grown two heads right now. I knew what I asked her and this time, I was not willing to let her go away from me. Ryder is married now and there is no future for the two of them. I could court her now. I looked straight into her eyes. Suddenly her eyes became teary and my heart skipped a beat. She didn’t say anything and stood up. She started walking towards her room and I stood up to stop her.
I grabbed her arm and yanked her towards me. She almost landed on my chest and put her hands on my chest. I wrapped my hand around her waist and I tangled another one in her hair keeping her head straight. “Let me go, Arthur”, she demanded in a cracking voice. “This time.. no… I am not going to let you go away from me this time, Keira”,
