Messed Up
For a while, Chris was going out on way more calls than normal. I figured he wanted to earn more money so he could take his girlfriend to fancy restaurants. One time I heard him tell my mom a lady like Jennifer deserves to be wined and dined.
Then he stopped going out as much.
I noticed because I wasn't going out either.
After Rylie ripped my head off, we ignored each other at work and we definitely didn't hang out afterwards. I didn't want to risk seeing her at the tax lady's house, so I didn't go there either, even though I couldn't get Melanie out of my mind. Most people would probably be pissed, after she basically broke up my relationship with Rylie, but she obviously wanted that to happen. Clearly, Melanie wants me for herself.
