I take a deep breath in through my nose and exhale through my mouth. I do it three more times because when I'm panicked it always helps. Can't hurt to do it now. "Atticus." I whisper his name out loud; thinking somehow saying his name will help. The warm sensation in my belly increases, continuing to relax my body. I feel a sudden sense of calmness engulfing me.
