ALEX POV
Having Stella working in the same office as me has its pros and cons. On one hand, she works decent hours in a safe environment. I get to see her when I miss her. We have lunch almost every day, or she brings me lunch when I stay in to get more work done. I also like the fact that I can keep an eye on her. On the other hand, I've had to learn to control my jealousy. Too many of the assholes that work for me are pining over her already. I guess that's really the only con, but it's a big one. It's almost lunch time and I'm looking forward to seeing my baby. My phone rings and when I look at the screen I'm debating if I should answer it or not. Considering how much she helped me in the past, I couldn't bring myself to ignore her.
