We all got up extra early this morning to pack and load the car. David will be driving the SUV and Derick is taking his Sedan. He's bringing Tina, much to his father's displeasure. We are all waiting in the living room for Alex and I'm not looking forward to seeing him. The silence between us has been like torture. I hate to admit that I've missed him dreadfully, and knowing that he can easily ignore me breaks my heart. We heard the front door open and Alex walked in with his bag.
