"To congratulate our perfect secretary, here's a drink for him! Everyone, CHEERS!"

Hyde grimaced at the bitter taste of the alcohol. He's not a drinker and only had a taste of wine, this is the first time he's drinking beer, at their company dinner. They were able to close the deal and were now celebrating for it, at the Steak Restaurant their boss have personally chosen for them to spend at.

"You really helped big time to close the deal, we had been trying to reach out to S Trading Company since before but they kept on rejecting us yet it only took you about a week and an hour of negotiating with them then VOILA! YOU GOT THE CONTRACT SIGNED!"

Hyde politely smiled, pouring his cup a drink, too much compliment makes him shy, so to hide his reddened face, he drunk consecutive shots. However doing that only stirred up their cheering for him, also, his face became even redder. He's a lightweight and couldn't drink much, he's already drunk after his 3rd shot.

*Blag!

"Oh, oh!"

Jano, an officemate who became a close friend of Hyde exclaimed when he saw his friend's head dropping down the table.

"He's.. down." Gene, another close officemate shook his head while checking up on Hyde who had his eyes closed, his whole face is flushed until the tip of his ears, he was about to tap him on his cheeks when Hyde suddenly opened his eyes, sprung up only to hit his head on the air purifier on top of their table.

"H-hey, look out for him Gene, he might fall because of his drunkenness" Jano warned as he made his way to them.

Gene held him on his shoulder to make him sit back down however, Hyde seemed to want to go somewhere, he resisted while mumbling something.

"Com...rjdjdjooom"

"What?" Gene couldn't hear him properly until Hyde pointed somewhere, even hitting Gene on his nose while doing so.

Jano understood Hyde's gesture so he kindly assisted him go to the comfort room.

The Stoic Boss who's alone at his own table smirked at the scene he witnessed beforehand. He was entertained to know that the secretary who seemed perfect and deemed suitable for his standard of how a secretary should be, also has his weakness.

"So the too good to be true, perfect and flawless secretary also has that clumsy side with him?" K smirked through his beer glass, he find his secretary's weak and stupid state.. cute.

What a little secretary.

He immediately drunk his drink in one shot to shook that crazy thought that Hyde, his secretary is cute.

'Well as long as he doesn't take that kind of attitude to work' K shrugged.

*BLUEEEUUURGH

Jano looked away when Hyde started throwing up in the bathroom's sink.

"What a newbie. We haven't been halfway through but he's already drunk like this." Jano commented and then came to open the faucet when he saw Hyde couldn't open it himself.

"You still haven't sobber up?" Jano asked while holding his friend's waist, supporting him who's suddenly stopped on his track.

"Mm, I c-could walk on my own" Hyde distanced himself away and almost stumbled down, Jano came to his rescue and held his arms but Hyde was stubborn, he slapped his friend's hands and walked on ahead on his own.

"This perfect secretary on his work.. turns little and cute when he's drunk haha" Jano commented while watching the guy make his way out on his own, still wobbly and sloppily on his feet.

Hyde is dignified and with poise, but seeing him lost his composure surely tones down everyone's crazily high expectations of him.

Sure they were happy a person who's up to the standard of their stoic boss has magically and finally shown up however they don't want their workaholic boss to get surrounded by a person akin to his personality, someone cold, only knows how to bury himself on his work because by then it would also torture them more as they had to put extra effort to level their boss's synergy on work. However, the new secretary is not just of efficient work but also possess an incredibly bright personality, that's why people in their company feels more comfortable and secured having him around.

Jano followed behind after, Hyde was already out of his sight and might've been seated on his sit properly. by. now.

*GASP

Or maybe he shouldn't have assumed that, he should've rather assisted him all the way because now..

Jano caught Gene's sight mirroring the horror in everyone's eyes, same with him as they stare at the drunk secretary who's not in his sane mind at the moment, comfortably sitting at their boss's laps.

"What should we do?" An employee asked.

"T-t-t-take hiim away" Jano stuttered. Although he suggested that but none of them put his words into action, everyone was stunned.

Until.

*GASP HEAVILY

Hyde clung his arms to the stoic boss's neck, their boss as expected was just staring down at the new secretary, his face wore that bored expression.

But why?!

WHY WON'T THEIR BOSS PUSH HIM AWAY!

Then the unexpected happened.

*Tsup

"He.." all the employees were mortified with what they witnessed at that very night.

"kissed the stoic boss--" Jano suddenly fainted.

It'd be war in their workplace tomorrow, everyone could feel it. Another secretary will have to step out of their stoic boss's office while crying, again.

AFTER THAT NIGHT

"Good morning, everyone" Hyde greeted enthusiastically while entering their office.

However, the atmosphere turned awkward after that. The noisy surrounding suddenly quietened that the heavy breathing of everyone and the noise of the aircon was the only thing that could be heard.

Hyde got confused with their reactions because usually they would greet him with the same enthusiasm and respond chaotically then proceeds to a conversation or gossiping, before their office hours start. What might've happened? Or maybe because he was late this time? And their boss is fuming mad?

They all know how strict the CEO is, and maybe he's up for a heavy meal which is their boss's complaints and may.. be? He'll get the taste of the stoic boss's temper early in the morning?

But! There's a reason Hyde was late and also! His boss knew of it.

They've gone to party last night because they were able to close a very important deal which actually was the hardest he have encountered so far as well. They all enjoyed last night, atleast that's what he remembered, upon recalling somehow the only thing he's now became aware of from the memories last night, he drowned himself with beer then everything after that became hazy in his memories although he knew last night was a blast, that he really did enjoy it then after, he came home safe without knowing how, and slept soundly after that. Then when he woke up, his head was throbbing, it was his first time experiencing hangover.

That's why he was late!

He actually intended to take a day off but remembered he had alot of things to finish.

Hyde didn't mind the awkward atmosphere, he shrugged it off and walked straight to K's office, knocking before entering as a common courtesy. He didn't find their boss sitting at his usual spot when he went in, K was not there and must've been to one of the meetings already. Well what did Hyde expect, he's late. It seems that he's really gonna be experiencing how the devil will lash out on him when they finally meet for the day.

"Let's start working now, worry later about K's punishment." Hyde cheered himself.

Whatever that will come then let it be. If he'll get fired then so be it, it was his fault for being late if ever he'll see the worst to it.

He started focusing on his works, an hour passed when the door finally opened and entered the stoic man of their company which is particularly their lone boss. The stoic man glanced at Hyde, their eyes met, Hyde smiled while the other guy turned away without smiling back at him.

Hyde is used to it, because even if it's the most beautiful person who would smile at their boss, he'll only look at them then get back to his business. That's how cold he is which is the opposite of Hyde who is the definition of a warm person. He exude bright energy that also lighten up other people's mood.

That is why most people wonder how can Hyde withstand their boss who got an awfully bad personality and an equally bad temperament, him who has the totally opposite personality is able to get along with their stoic boss somehow.

Oblivious to Hyde, K was actually stealing glances at him since he sat down. K couldn't focus because of the other person's presence especially upon remembering the memory of last night's event. He felt awfully awkward and actually thought of firing his secretary for only a week but now that he sees him, K doesn't know where to start speaking and is losing his mind. Flashbacks of when the small guys' lips crashed into his own, when he was kissed kept playing on his mind, giving him chills.

"This has never happened before" K whispered to himself, sighing and leaning back to his swivel chair while closing his eyes. He's feeling stressed.

Suddenly he felt a warm hand touch his forehead and slightly massaged it. A sudden spark made him jolt in his sit and stood up, causing his head to bump into something.

It turns out that Hyde was leaning his head over to his face to see where he's massaging.

"Ouchhh!!" Hyde groaned from the pain, caressing his forehead that bumped with the other guy.

While K didn't know what to do, nervously leaning on his table, gathering support for his weakening knees. It's uncontrollably shaking.

"Don't ever touch me without my permission!!" Because of shock K yelled at his secretary as he stormed out of his office.

The small guy left behind was rather shocked than offended, because it seemed like his stoic boss lost his composure and it's the first time he witnessed this.

'What happened to him?' Hyde thought.

DURING LUNCH TIME

"Why does it feels like everyone in the office is acting weird, especially towards me---"

Before even finishing what Hyde wants to say, he suddenly got splashed on his face with flavored drinks that came out of Jano's mouth, one of his close officemate, Jano even coughed.

"Hey I'm just asking, no need to shower me with your flavored water" Hyde wiped his face with a tissue but even his polo-shirt got damped.

"Sorry but it's because your question was too shocking!"

"What's so shocking about it? My question was nothing out of extraordinary but normal." He retorted, telling nothing but the truth.

They were having lunch at their building's cafeteria when Hyde took notice of the unusual atmosphere, even with how Jano reacted, he's now getting suspicious.

"Because you got drunk last night.. CAN'T YOU REALLY REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED? CAN'T YOU RECALL ANYTHING AT ALL?!!"

"Jano, I'm just infront of you, no need to shout I'm not deaf."

"But, you know when you got drunk last night- asdfghjklfff" Before Jano could finish his sentence Gene arrived, another close officemate of the two and sealed Jano's mouth using his palm then whispered something in his ear.

"You guys.., I'm already getting suspicious with all of you." Hyde said, frustrated.

Gene sat down and laughed awkwardly with Jano.

"Oh don't worry about it, it's just that last night all of us got drunk and most of us still got hangover that's why the atmosphere is kinda off hahaha" Gene reasoned out.

Still suspicious of how people are acting, also with how their boss lost his composure a while ago--- wait there's nothing new about that-- K is always grumpy besides from being stoic, the only emotion he could make is his uncontrollable anger, Hyde shrugged everything off because like Gene said, maybe everyone's still experiencing hangover and tomorrow everything will might return back to normal.

Hyde nodded to show he's agreeing.

"But Hyde, why is your polo-shirt damped?" Gene asked making Hyde look back at his current state.

"Ah, Jano splashed me with what he was drinking earlier" he answered.

"Pffft, boss might get mad at you for that, what he doesn't like the most is not maintaining a presentable and clean image"

Hyde glanced again at himself and thought that Gene is right, their boss might get mad if he sees his current state. He should probably go and change so he stood without finishing his plate, he doesn't really have any appetite cause of the hangover. He told the two that he will just change his polo-shirt.

While on his way, Hyde remembered he carry an extra shirt, and headed straight to K's office, rummaging through his bag for it, when he saw the shirt, he the decided to change there, his boss is nowhere in sight yet, it seems he hasn't arrived and might be staying at the most famous and fancy restaurant having his lunch so he may be out longer than usual given the fact that it's still early before the start of their office work in the afternoon.

He started unbuttoning his shirt, took it off as well as the white undershirt that also got damp, there were some stains that marked, Hyde will probably have to throw it later than bleach it, throwing it out is the best solution than to bleach it for its too much work. As he already wore the white polo but haven't buttoned it yet, he came to adjusting the sleeves in his right arm first to position it in his elbow because it's way too long and will only get in his way while writing when the door of the office suddenly opened and came the devil, the stoic boss with a crumpled face, and a bad aura surrounding him indicating he's in a foul mood. The gaze of the stoic man landed on the small guy changing in the office thinking he won't get caught but turned the different way around, and for the whole week that Hyde was with K, it was the first time he witnessed how the eyes of the most intimidating, terrifying and emotionless person in their office turned wide and mouth agape while looking at him.

It seems that he'll be the next secretary to be added on the list of lasting only a week under the supervision of the stoic boss.

"YOU. ARE. FIRED! DON'T YOU EVER SHOW YOUR FACE INFRONT OF ME AGAIN! OR I'LL SURELY STRANGLE YOU TO DEATH!"

...

But ofcourse K didn't say that, Hyde thought of it as his boss's exact word for him. Should he be scared and beg on his knees now?!
