Valdi and Nanette are on their way to Soekarno Hatta Airport. Today is Nanette's departure to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to attend the Southeast Asian Economics Symposium. Mom Dyana will be staying at their house to help look after Viona while Nanette is away for three days and two nights.
"Dear, please don't come home too late while I'm gone. It would be tough for Mom," Nanette reminds Valdi.
"Don't worry, just focus on your studies there. I'll be home a bit late today, but I already told mom about it," says Valdi.
"Why will you be late tonight?" Nanette asks.
Valdi seems to have forgotten to inform Nanette that today he and his colleagues are having dinner to welcome a new researcher who has been transferred from the Sigma Singapore branch.
