Max watched The next day as the rest of them silently had their exams. They sat on the bed once they had all finished, and Damian glared at them.
He said something in French, eyebrows raised. Alec shrugged, and Alice glared at him as she said something else, jabbing her finger at Alec. Oliver said something, and the group looked at him. He shrugged. Then they all began yelling at him, not even in French; some other languages were thrown in. He heard some Japanese, and he was sure Ani yelled something at him in Korean, and Matt spat something in Spanish. It was a swear from his minimal vocabulary from high school and all the Spanish dramas he had watched.
“We’re not doing that. End of,” Alec said in English. He looked over at Max and smiled. Alec raised his arms, and Max rolled his eyes
