“It was never your secret to tell!” Matt snapped. “Damian and I haven’t had a proper conversation in ages. Because he’s uncomfortable and I don’t want him to be!”
“And I said I was sorry! It’s not my fault you won’t forgive me!”
“Apologising isn’t enough, Oliver. Why won’t you see that? You completely destroyed my friendship with him. He’ll get married to her soon and I won’t even be his brother-in-law anymore. When this time came, I wanted to at least remain friends, and you’ve destroyed any chance of that.”
“He already knew about your feelings!” Oliver hissed. “He knew and he chose to ignore them. What I did was give you both the f*****g push you needed to talk it out.”
