“The Alpha Ceremony is near. Did Alpha Eric inform you about it?” Alpha Nathan asked. He cleared his throat, like he found it odd that he was asking me that question. It was all of a sudden, and I wasn’t prepared for it.
I was stunned because of what he had asked. It was surprising because I almost forgot about the Alpha’s ceremony after Alpha Eric made me remember it. Since my fate might have changed after I met Alpha Nathan, possibly what might happen from the coming event would be much different.
Alpha Nathan was smarter than any man. He would notice if there was something strange if I asked him or if I told him details about what would happen in the future. I wanted to tell him that I already knew about it, but I prevented myself from stopping to get some interrogations from him.
