I literally had to plead with him to spare Declan's life because I could see the hatred and anger in his eyes as he glared furiously at Declan.
I was equally surprised when he listened to me and turned around to leave the restaurant in his furious state. He had only instructed me to meet him in his suite in thirty seconds, then he turned around and stormed out of the restaurant with his friends following closely behind him.
I heaved a sigh of relief as he left without creating a scene. A few seconds after they left, the two ladies walked back inside and they sat down on the far end of the restaurant.
