Chapter 20: Round Tree Inn 11:34 P.M. Patrick had too much to drink to drive. Someone, including me, should have taken the keys to his Dakota away from him and prevented a problem. Too many young people died because of drinking and driving. I think everyone in their lives can explain a death of a friend, acquaintance, or relative who had accidentally passed away while driving drunk, or just happened to be a passenger when the driver was inebriated. Young adults, middle-aged people, and seniors are all guilty of risky practices, including Patrick Brogan. The Round Tree Inn was approximately one and half miles from the Tuckerton Orchard.
