My wolf felt her mate’s presence and began to heal me just enough so I could get up. I felt so much pain as I slowly stood up. I stumbled a few times trying to get to the stairs. I began to feel a little dizzy from the pain, so Sky helped me. I sniffed the air and there was the scent of vanilla. But it was mixed with another scent. A scent I didn’t recognize, and this made Sky angry. We followed the scent to the waterfall. There, by the waterfall stood Damien and some blonde girl. I knew that blond woman, that’s Daisy, Ethan’s mate, but what is she doing here with Damien? And why are they kissing? As if sensing me, Damien pulled away and his brown eyes met my purple ones.
“What are you doing out here slave?” his tone was harsh, which made Sky growl in my head.
