Chapter Three
It had been weeks since he and Tim’d had s*x and now, as he rode in the passenger seat of Tim’s car, heading home with the pizzas, he was beginning to regret their hasty screw in the tiny storage room. Robbie shifted his weight in his seat again. His legs pulsed, sending painful shocks all over his body. If that wasn’t excruciating enough, his abs and back ached. Tim had been gentle, but a tiny storage room cramped up with thousands of boxes, hadn’t been perfect spot to unite their bodies into one.
As he took deep breaths, he glanced at Tim who sat comfortably in the driver’s seat without a care in the world. Robbie wanted to smack him just so he could feel a little bit of the pain that he was enduring. But, actually, his soreness wasn’t Tim’s fault. It was Nicky and Abby’s fault. They had taken him running, hiking and everything else that involved physical activity just so he would fall behind and leave them all alone.
“You okay?” Tim held his hand.
“Yeah.” Robbie glanced at the rearview mirror. His eyes fell on the black SUV that was trailing them. In the car were the two security guards that had followed him and Nicky to the mall. Nicky had ordered his guard to stay behind and keep an eye on Robbie while he headed home. The man had agreed without saying a single world. “I’m just painfully sore.”
“Was I that good?”
“No. But Nicky was.”
Tim’s eyes shot wide open while his mouth hit to the floor. “What does that mean?”
Robbie chuckled. “I was referring to the running and hiking Nicky and I did all summer long.”
“Oh! And here I thought you cheated on my fine ass.”
“Your fine ass is too good to cheat on.”
Tim laughed and opened the front gates to the Hawking-Ames mansion. He drove through the iron gates and waited for the SUV to roll through before closing them again. From afar, Robbie spotted Nicky’s car, parked near the front door. Right next to it was Abby’s Pontiac Solstice. They were both home, probably making out on Nick and John’s loveseat. God he hated them! They had made his summer a living hell.
“I hope they haven’t eaten yet.”
Tim snorted and parked his car next to Nicky’s. “Do you honestly think that either of them would pick up a pan and cook something?”
“No, but you never know. Nicky has changed a lot from last year. He’s more responsible and less whorish now.”
“Riiiiight!” Tim got out of the car and retrieved the two large pizzas from the backseat.
Robbie jumped out and closed the door behind him. He heard Closer by Nine Inch Nails, one of Nicky’s favorite bands, blaring from the speakers in the living room. “He has changed. You’re just jealous of my Big d**k Brother.”
Tim rolled his eyes and led Robbie to the front door. “You know I’m bigger.”
Robbie laughed, taking out his cell phone and clicking on the Family Protection app to unlock the front door. Tim pushed the door open and their jaws hit the floor while their eyes went wide like an owl in the middle of the night.
Abby knelt on hands and knees, on the kitchen island, with Nicky violently ramming his d**k in and out of her.
“Oh my God!” Abby covered her boobs and jumped down, landing behind the kitchen counter and out of sight.
Nicky looked up, picking up a nearby frying pan that he used to cover his groin. He jumped down from the kitchen counter and looked around for something on the floor. What was he looking for? His clothes?
“What the hell are you guys doing here? You said you’d be home late!”
“You still think I’m jealous, huh?” Tim quipped.
“What the f**k?” Robbie stepped inside, ignoring Tim.
“It isn’t what it looks like!” Nicky panted, his body glimmered with sweat.
Robbie snorted, anger flashing through his veins and to every part of his body. “Really, Nicky? Cause it looks like you were banging the s**t out of Abby.”
“Hey!” Abby popped her head from behind the counter. “I’m still here you know.”
Robbie glared at Abby with so much anger and resentment. How could she be dating her best friend’s ex? “What the hell Abby? How could you do this to Taylor?”
Tim closed the front door and walked into the kitchen, placing the pizzas on top of the kitchen island.
“Don’t put them there!” Robbie shouted at him.
“Sorry!” Tim flinched, picking them up again.
“Taylor is not my girlfriend anymore,” Nicky said. “I can bang whoever the hell I want and whenever I want.”
“That’s right!” Abby gave him two thumbs up.
“Taylor may not be your girlfriend,” Robbie walked up to him and pointed into his face with a menacing finger. Then he pointed at Abby. “But she’s Taylor’s best friend. Both of you should have known better and kept away from each other.”
“Oh, so now you’re all high and mighty?” Nicky removed the pan from his groin and exposed himself. He took off the condom that hung from his d**k like an old sock and threw it across the room. It landed in a garbage can. “If my memory is right, you wanted me as much as Abby wants me now.”
Blood drained out of Robbie’s face, feet going completely cold. Had Nicky actually just revealed his secret in front of Abby? Tim knew about it, but he hadn’t told anyone else. Robbie felt slightly betrayed by him and extremely embarrassed. He honestly thought Nicky had changed, but he was still the same horny jerk from the previous year. Robbie fought the urge to cry and instead walked past them, heading straight for the small hallway that led to the study room and beyond. “Don’t ever talk to me again!”
“Robbie!” Tim yelled. “What the f**k, Nicky?”
“What? He started it.”
“Robbie liked you?” Abby asked, voice trembling.
Tim pointed. “You’re a complete asshole, dude. And put some f*****g clothes on and cover that tiny shit.”
“f**k you, Tim!”
“You wish!” Tim ran after Robbie. “Robbie! Wait!”
“Why did you say that, Nicky?” Abby’s voice slowly turned into mumbles.
Robbie’s blood was boiling. Why would Nicky betray him that way? He’d trusted Nicky to keep his secret and Nicky had stabbed him in the back. What if Tim hadn’t known? Nicky probably would have caused a major fight between them.
“Robbie!” Tim reached his side. “Are you okay?”
“I’m fine.” Robbie stopped in front of his door, heart neatly stuck in his throat. “I’m just mad that they’ve been lying to me all this time and that they’d do this to Taylor.”
“I told you a billion times to let this issue go. They’re old enough to know what they’re doing and to face the consequences of their actions.”
“I know. I simply can’t believe he’d say that in front of Abby as well.” Robbie opened his bedroom door. He went in and ran to his bed, throwing himself on top of it. He reached for his pillow and held it tight in his arms. “Why would he do that to me, Tim? To embarrass me? Make me feel guilty? What was his objective?”
Tim sighed and closed the door shut. He went up to Robbie and sat down next to him. Gently, he combed Robbie’s hair with his fingers, sending pleasant tingles up and down Robbie’s spine. Tim loved him. He felt it at that very moment. Tim always had his back and he had Tim’s. “Things got out of hand pretty fast. You both feel angry and betrayed right now.”
Robbie scoffed, rolling his eyes. Where was Tim going with this? Nicky was the one lying to everyone, not him. If anyone was to feel angry and betrayed, it should only be him. “Why should Nicky feel angry and betrayed? I’m not the one sneaking around and lying to everyone.”
“For starters, you’re his brother. Out of all the people in the world, you should be the first one to have his back no matter what.”
Tim’s words sent shivers all over his body. Tim was right. He should have been a little more understanding and accepting of Nicky’s relationship with Abby. However, Taylor was like a sister to him, but so was Abby. Was he right or wrong? Should he be angry at them? Did he have any right to be mad? Perhaps, Tim was on the right path. He should have listened to them and been supportive of their relationship. They’d supported his relationship with Tim since day one. So why couldn’t he do the same? Once again, he had let his emotions get the best of him. “I hate it when you’re right. Why are you always right?”
Tim lay down behind him and spooned him. “Because I’m your man. Besides, it’s my job to brainwash you and mold you into the perfect wife.”
“Why do I get to be the wife? I want to be the hubby.”
Tim chuckled. “Do you? Do you want me to stay home, cook, clean and massage your feet after you get home from a long day of work?”
“Yeah. Why not? You would look really sexy wearing nothing but a tiny little apron.”
Tim laughed. “I’d spend the entire day wiping my hands on it just so I could flash you my cock.”
“Oh my God!” Robbie turned to face him. “I just pictured that and it was smoking hot.” He winked.
“Really?” Tim kissed his lips.
“Yes.” Robbie tasted his neck. “And it got me really hard.”
“Nice!” Tim smirked. “Maybe we should also visit Uncle John’s famous kitchen counter.”
Robbie pulled away from him. “Ew!”
Tim snickered. “I was joking. I think the kitchen is already taken.”
Noises came from outside Robbie’s bedroom door. It was Nicky and Abby. They were talking in hushed tones and walking back and forth in front of the door. While Tim sat up, Robbie focused his attention on the heavy oak door across the room. He sat up on his bed and glanced at Tim, who was listening to their every sound. What were they doing? What did they want?
“Do it!” Abby grumbled.
“But why me?”
“Do it!”
A tiny knock resounded through the air.
“Who is it?”
“It’s Nicky, and I come in peace.”
Tim turned to Robbie. “You’ve got to talk to them. One of them is your brother and the other one your best friend.”
Robbie sighed. He knew very well that he needed to talk to Nicky and Abby and apologize for his crazy behavior. He had completely overreacted yet again. “Fine. Come in!”
The door swung open and Nicky and Abby stood next to each other wearing nothing but a pair of white bathrobes. Nicky went up to them while Abby closed the door behind her. Nicky stood at the foot of Robbie’s bed for a couple of seconds, and dropped his head, looking away. “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have said that to you and we should have told you we were dating. But you loved the idea of me and Taylor getting back together so much that I found it hard to tell you that I like Abby now and I really want to try things out with her.”
“Yeah.” Abby went up to his bed and sat down. She reached for Robbie’s hand and held it tight. “We should have told you a long time ago. We just didn’t know how. That’s why we kept it a secret all summer long.”
Robbie truly understood where they were coming from. “I know that somehow, this is my fault too. I’m sorry for overreacting and trying to push Nicky and Taylor back together.”
“We understand,” Abby said.
“You need to tell her.”
“I know, but we don’t know how. How do you tell your best friend that you fell in love with her ex?”
It was then that Nicky made his way to Robbie’s bed and sat down behind Abby, wrapping his arms around her. “We found it so hard to tell you. Now imagine how hard it’s for us to tell Taylor. She’ll be crushed and will probably hate us until the end of time. But I like Abby now. She’s the coolest girl on Earth and the hottest.”
“Yeah, we’re willing to give it a try, Robbie. I just hope Taylor understands that and someday forgives us.”
“I wish Taylor would finally move on and find someone else,” Nicky added. “That way she’d have somebody to lean on.”
Dustin invaded Robbie’s thoughts. Taylor had someone to lean on already. Robbie and Tim glanced at each other. Tim smiled weakly while Robbie shook his head. They shouldn’t tell them. Taylor needed to tell them. They should simply keep their mouths shut and look pretty.
“What happened?” Abby asked. “Why are you looking at each other like that?”
“Yeah, what’s going on?” Nicky added.
“Nothing,” Tim lied. “We were just thinking that Taylor is going to be crushed by the hurt and betrayal.” He exaggerated a little bit to take the focus off them.
Robbie nodded like a mindless zombie. “Yeah, I was too.”
“I know I’m a b***h for dating Nicky and I shouldn’t have done that to Taylor, but I fell for Nicky really hard. He’s a really cool guy and I like him a lot.” Abby rested her head on Nicky’s chest while he kissed her head. “But we’re both single and dumb enough to try.”
Robbie understood them very well. Who was he to judge them? At the end of the day, only Taylor should be the one to point a finger at them, not him or anyone else.
“Go for it guys.”
“You really mean that, Robbie?” Abby asked.
“Yeah.”
“Good.” Nicky beamed. “You’ve got no idea how bad we wanted to tell you.”
“And how good it feels to come clean.”
“You don’t need my blessing, guys. You do need to tell Taylor as soon as possible. You know how gossip spreads in this town. She’d better hear it from you two.”
“We know,” Nicky said. “We’ll talk to her first thing tomorrow morning.”
“Promise?”
“Promise.” Abby wrapped her arms around Robbie, squeezing him tight. As she let him go, a devilish smile appeared on her face. “Since we’re already in your bed, what about a foursome? I’ll lend you Nicky if you lend me Tim.”
“Get out!” Robbie pointed at the door.
“I’m joking!” Abby laughed while Nicky and Tim chuckled.
“I wouldn’t mind,” Nicky admitted
“I’m up for it.” Tim shrugged.
“You two are sick!” Abby glared at Nicky and Tim.
“What?” Nicky’s mouth dropped open. “You suggested it.”
“It was a joke,” Abby clarified with an elbow to his stomach.
“Ouch!” Nicky yelped. “Woman, that hurt.”
“Good.” Abby stood, fixing up her bathrobe and focusing on Nicky. “Come, let’s get the pizzas and a few sodas and have ourselves a little party in Robbie’s room.”
“Is that cool with you, Bro? We could watch a movie.”
“Sounds good to me,” Tim answered for Robbie as he stood up.
“Nice!” Nicky jumped to his feet. “Be right back.”
Nicky and Abby left the room and disappeared through the door. As Tim took off his shoes, Robbie’s mind went back to what Tim had been suggesting for days now. Was that really his s****l fantasy? To have a threesome with Nicky or Josh? Was that something he really wanted to do? Or was he simply playing around? He needed to know. “Tim?”
“Yeah?” Tim unbuckled his belt and took off his shirt. “By the way, what did you do with my basketball shorts? I remember I left them here a few weeks ago.”
“They’re in my closet. But I need to ask you something.”
“Go ahead, love.” Tim walked into Robbie’s closet and came back with his blue basketball shorts in his hands. “What is it?”
“It’s about Nicky and Josh.”
Tim took off his pants and slipped into his shorts. “What about them?”
“Be honest.” Robbie’s heart raced a little. “Do you really want to have a threesome with either of them?”
Tim laughed. “Why the question?”
“You always seem to be joking about it in front of them.”
Tim went up to his bed and sat down next to him. “Just to see your reaction. You know how much I love putting you on the spot. You always get so red and start hyperventilating.”
Robbie looked away, feeling silly. “I just thought it was a secret fantasy of yours or something.”
“I understand where you’re coming from. I’ve never had a threesome before and yes, a part of me would love to be have one, but those are just fantasies, not reality. You’re my reality.”
Robbie melted to the ground. He absolutely loved when Tim spoke to him with sweet and delicate words. “So you would love to have one?”
“Yes, that’s basically every guy’s fantasy.”
“So, you want to have foursome with Nicky and Abby?”
Tim’s eyes shot wide. “A foursome? I always wanted a threesome, not a foursome. Foursomes sound like a crowd. We’re basically switching s****l partners.”
“Yeah, I guess.” Robbie felt his cheeks turn bright red. “Do you think they’d be up for it?”
Tim chuckled. “Are you serious?”
Robbie nodded, face feeling hot and numb. “If you want and if they want.”
“I know Nicky and Josh have always been curious,” Tim admitted. “I know Nicky has always wanted a threesome and a foursome. The only one of us who had a threesome is Josh, but with two girls.”
“But he would love to experiment with a guy, right?”
“Yeah. What are you thinking? A threesome with Josh and foursome with Nicky and Abby?”
Robbie gulped. Was that what he really wanted? Josh and Nicky? They were both ridiculously hot, but he loved Tim. Could he even kiss them or touch them without hesitating? He highly doubted it. “I don’t know now!”
Tim laughed, crawling next to him and holding him tight. “It’s okay. I understand. You find them attractive, but you don’t know if you could do it because you love me.”
“How did you know?”
“Cause it went through my mind just now.”
“Sorry I brought it up.”
“It’s okay.” Tim kissed his head. “Fantasy-wise, it sounds kinky and awesome, but realistically, no. I’m sorry for leading you to believe I wanted a threesome with them.”
“But you do.”
“Yes, but I don’t want to share you with anyone else. You’re mine and only mine.”
Robbie grinned, shivering in delight. “You too. Tu eres mayo!”
“Mayo?” Tim scratched his head. “What are you trying to say?”
“That’s Spanish for ‘you are mine’, right?”
Tim laughed. “It’s mio. Mayo is May in Spanish.”
Robbie buried his face against Tim’s chest, feeling silly and dumb. He kissed his neck and whispered into his ear. “Mio.”
“All yours.”
“Okay!” Abby pushed the door open, carrying a six pack of Pepsi. Nicky walked in behind her carrying the two large pizzas in his hands. “We brought the food.”
“No, Tim and I did.”
“Whatever!” Abby dropped onto Robbie’s bed. “Let’s eat.”
Nicky then walked to the other side of his bed and sat down next to Robbie, placing the fresh pizzas between them. “Dig in!”

As the early morning rays pierced through his room, Robbie rose from his hazy sleep. His fuzzy vision fell on a warm and loving face that was watching him sleep. It was John. But what was he doing there watching him sleep like a worried dad? Was something wrong? John didn’t look worried or petrified. In fact, he looked calm and peaceful. He really needed to stop overreacting and jumping into conclusions.
“Morning, Robbie. How are you today?”
“Good.” Robbie sat up, rubbing his eyes. “When did you get here?”
“About three hours ago. I just came here to check your garbage pail.”
Robbie laughed. “Tim stayed last night, but we didn’t have sex.”
“I know. I made him breakfast.”
“Why am I not surprised?”
“I simply came here to check on you. How are you?”
“Good. Why?”
John looked away for a second. “Nothing. Just wanted to see if you were okay. How did Nicky behave?”
Robbie’s mind went back to the previous night. Had John found anything on top of the kitchen counter or near it? Something that would hint as to what went down on top of it the previous night? Should he tell John what he saw? Should he tell on his brother? Should he? Nicky would probably hate him with all his might if he ever ratted him out. Besides, he hated arguing with Nicky.
“Good, I guess.” To him, that sounded like the right answer.
“I’m going to find out what he did. I always do. Now get up. I’ll make you something nice to eat.”
“Thanks, John.”
John smiled and walked out, closing the door shut. Robbie reached for his cell phone on top of the nightstand. There was a message from Tim. He unlocked his phone and read it to himself. Sorry for creeping out like a thief in the middle of night, but I didn’t have the heart to wake you up. I love you more than anything in the world. – Tim
Robbie smiled happily, making his skin quiver in delight. Tim loved him and he loved Tim even more. With happy thoughts circling his head, he ran into his bathroom and stripped naked. He jumped under the hot shower and proceeded to wash. As he ran a washcloth over his chest and stomach, his mind went back to Nicky and Abby. What was Taylor going to say or do after she learned the truth? Would she hate them? Stop speaking to them? Or kill them?
As soon as he was done, he stepped out and dried himself off. As he rubbed his towel over his hair, he left the bathroom and was walking into his closet when his bedroom door swung open again. He covered himself with his towel and closed the closet door shut.
“Sorry!” Nicky yelled.
“You jerk!” Robbie screamed back. “You scared the s**t out of me.”
Nicky laughed. “Sorry! I shouldn’t have barged in like that. I’m about to head out and pick up Abby. We’re going to talk to Taylor in a little while. Want to tag along?”
Robbie shook his head, picking up a shirt and a fresh pair of socks and underwear. “No way! That’s something you three have to deal with in private. It doesn’t include me.”
“Bummer! I was just extending the offer.”
“Good luck!” Robbie proceeded to put on his clothes.
“Thanks. If I die, you can have my room.”
Robbie chuckled. “I want your phone. I bet it holds so many secrets.”
“Just my homemade porn.”
“Ew!” Robbie put on his shirt. “That’s nasty.”
Nicky laughed. “Nice ass by the way. I can see why Tim won’t pass it around.”
“I hope she kills you.”
“Love you too! Later!” Nicky closed the door.
“Pass it around?” Robbie asked himself. He decided to ignore Nicky and got ready for the day ahead. Once he was presentable enough, he walked into the kitchen and found Nick on the large sofa relaxing and watching television while John cooked something on the stove.
“Just in time!” John dropped two grilled cheese sandwiches on a plate, which he placed on the kitchen island.
Looking at that counter, Robbie’s mind went back to the previous night.
“Don’t worry,” John said, “I disinfected the entire counter three times.”
Robbie’s feet went cold. Where was John going with his statement? What did he know? How did he know? Who could have told him? Was he trying to get something off him? Robbie decided to play dumb. “What…What do you mean?”
“Nicky and Abby!” Nick shouted from the living room.
Robbie went up to the kitchen counter and sat down in front of his plate. He needed to sit down because his legs were shaking. Who told him? Nicky couldn’t be that dumb, right? Had Tim ratted Nicky out? Wait. John said that he made him breakfast. Did he c***k Tim up like an egg on a hot stove? He highly doubted it. Nicky and Tim were like brothers. They kept each other’s secrets.
“How did you know?”
“The walls have eyes, ears and a big mouth.” John served him a fresh glass of orange juice. He sat down next to him and sighed. “Dig in.”
Robbie still didn’t understand. Were there cameras in the house? Were they spying on them? He looked around the room but nothing stood out. Where could they have hidden a camera and spied on them without them noticing it?
“The security guards,” John explained. “They told us everything.”
“Oh! You scared me and yeah, that happened.”
“Nicky. Nicky. Nicky. What am I going to do with him?”
“At least he’s using protection,” Nick mumbled as he watched the morning news. “Right?”
John focused on Robbie again.
Robbie flinched. “I did see him with a condom on.”
“Oh my God!” John closed his eyes tight, rubbing his face. “What am I going to do with him? What can I do?”
“Just let him make his own decisions,” Robbie said. “Nicky is a man. He knows what he’s doing and if he trips and fall, let him get up on his own.”
“You’re right, Robbie. I can no longer baby him. My son is a man.”
“I told you he was going to be like me when I was in high school.” Nick smirked. “I changed, so give it time.”
“Shut up!” John walked up to him. He dropped on top of him and Nick held him in his arms. “I think I’m paying for your sins with my own son.”
“My sins are the best.” Nick kissed his head. “Besides, they’re not the first one to use the kitchen counter. Like father like son.”
“Shut up!” John turned to Robbie. “He’s lying!”
Robbie laughed, picking up his sandwich. “At least it’s clean now.”
“True story!” Nick smiled.
Robbie continued with his food and after he was done, he sat down next to Nick and John to watch reruns of Scream Queens on Netflix. Robbie loved that show, especially Def Taylor Swift. They were watching their fifth episode together when Robbie’s phone rang and a message flashed on the screen. It was a text message from Taylor. Why didn’t you tell me?
His jaw felt locked from tension, but he somehow managed to answer her. I found out last night.
I seriously can’t believe this. Why Abby? Why Nicky? Isn’t the world fill with other people?
Robbie didn’t want to see Taylor hurt, but Nicky was his brother and he couldn’t pick a side. All he could do was to be there for both of them. I know how you feel. Trust me, I was mad at them. I told them to talk to you ASAP.
Taylor took a while to respond. I’m very disappointed in them, but they’ve got every right to give it a try. I wish them the best, but deep inside, it still hurts.
Robbie felt terrible. I’m really sorry, Tay. I don’t know what to do or say to make you feel better.
I know, Robbie. Love you, okay? See you on Monday?
Monday. Have a nice weekend with sexy little Dustin. ;)
He is, huh?
A little. :) Robbie admitted to himself.
Later!
Robbie knew then that things were never going to be the same. Abby and Nicky had done the unthinkable. They had betrayed Taylor’s friendship and trust. How would they make it up to her? Taylor sounded okay, but Robbie knew very well that she felt hurt and betrayed. He would have felt the same if he was in her shoes. In fact, he would have murdered them in cold blood. How would Taylor react when she finally saw them, holding hands, hugging each other or kissing their love away? Would she have the power to stay cool or snap their necks in two? The worst part was that he couldn’t do anything. He couldn’t pick a side or intervene. He needed to sit this one out and let them sort things out. Elite High was going to be witness to a very interesting and scandalous new school year.
