‘I can’t even sleep…’ Akira thought to himself as he sighed. It had been a few hours since Holy left his room, yet still he couldn’t fall asleep as much as he tried. His mind and body were both tired and exhausted… but he continued to lay there, awake and just think…
“Akira, is it a good time?” There was a knock at the door followed by a quiet but resolved voice from a woman.
“Janet? Come in, I’m not sleeping yet…” Akira quickly got up from bed and smiled widely as he saw the woman walk in.
“Sorry to bother you so late… I just got excited when I heard you were here at last.” Janet was quick to apologize but still sat at the man’s bedside with this quiet resolve within her.
