“Hey.” There was a knock at the door, the second Roy opened it he was greeted by Lucas, an old classmate of his who held a plastic bag in his hand, presumably filled with sweets by the looks of it.
“What are you doing here?” Roy asked, a bit confused. He’d only ever mentioned where he lived once, he’d never actually invited the man over to his new apartment. The apartment far away from his ex lover Alex… The apartment where he was supposed to have his new beginning in life.
“I brought you sweets, idiot.” Lucas said as he showed the bag in his hand, he had a goofy smile on his face but his silly attempt to lighten the mood was less than pleasant.
