“His previous assistant spoke to us before. He said he has suspicions about your boss.” Sebastian explained, his detached manner of speaking made it seem like he didn’t care much about the subject. But then the questions that seemed so aimed and specific, were completely contradicting that.
‘Funny, cause I’ve never met this clown…’ Akira thought to himself, once more holding back the urge to laugh at the policeman’s obvious lie. “Is that so? So Robin came to you and asked for help?” He questioned wanting to confirm.
“Do you know what those suspicions might have been?” Sebastian asked after nodding his head in confirmation. He wanted to convince the other man he had a lead.
