We returned home after meeting with my parents. The last days had been so hectic for me, all I wanted was to have a calm, peaceful evening at home with Jensen. When we came home, I first took some time with the girls. Jensen had some pack work to do and went to his office. It was a beautiful day, so we were sitting outside in the sun. Just talking and having a good time.
“How did it go with Sam’s dad?” I asked Jennie, looking at the field in front of us, while some of the boys were playing football.
“Really good, he’s such a sweet man! I feel sorry for him, that he’s alone though… You can tell he really misses his mate. I wish I could’ve met his mom while she was still alive.” She sighed as she put her hair behind her ear.
