‘Ugh… this meeting is tiresome…’ Elizabeth thought to herself as she rested her chin on the palm of her hand. ‘Apparently one of the investors had withdrawn his investment for some unknown reason and now they’re asking us to further increase our investment size…’ To her this company was indeed important but a bigger initial investment in it was out of the question.
“Let’s vote. Those in agreement with the terms please raise your hand and those who disapprove please remain seated” Billy said as he raised his hand showing he was alright with the term.
Now from the total of fifteen board members that were sitting at the table seven agreed with the term and the rest disagreed.
“May you state your reasons, those who are in disagreement?” One of the board members
