“That’s… alright if you could wait for me?” Abigail of course wasn’t particularly pleased with the older man butting into her planned date but she didn’t think Gabriel would agree anyways so this was better than nothing she thought to herself.
“Great! We’ll have a coffee in the café if it’s not a problem while waiting for you!” Steven said as the woman went back to her work. She was having a short shift that day so it wouldn’t be long before she was off the clock and she could further cut the time if she skipped on a meal.
“Did you tell them?” Janet asked as she turned to the woman. Who didn’t seemed to be as pleased with how things turned out as she was when she first headed there.
“Yeah, they’ll have a coffee and we’ll leave together after my shift is over.
