David and Alex are waiting outside of the bedroom. That lady doctor is checking Kyra's condition inside the bedroom. After a while the lady doctor open the door and come outside of the bedroom. She look at them with disbelief and shocked expression. There is a horrified expression in her face. She go near them. She stand in front of Alex. She said, “ Did you do that horrible things with your wife? Oh god her health condition isn’t good. Because of that you paid me much money. I will call the police here. She is a victim of rape.” Alex said, “ Doctor I am so sorry. But I didn’t want to hurt her. It was happened because of my anger.”
