David Joseph Knight is working at his office cabin. It is a big size of luxurious cabin with beautiful decoration. Anyone can say that his cabin's decorations are screaming about his money and power. He always like luxurious things. It’s already evening, he have to leave his office soon. He was feeling little tired.

David is sitting on the big and luxurious lounge room of his house. He is talking with someone at his phone. At that time his girlfriend Lora come to the lounge room. Lora is David's high school friend. Lora is a orphan girl. That’s why David always look after her. But from last year she became David's girlfriend. Lora know about David very well. She knows that he doesn’t love her. But she loves him from last year because of his taking care nature for her. Sometimes she feels bad that David doesn’t love her. But still she doesn’t want to leave him. Because she feels safe around David. She wants to be with him. Maybe one day David would fall in love with her. She knows that David cannot love any girl. Because he doesn’t like all those things. Maybe he doesn’t believe in love. But sometimes she feels afraid if someday David fall in love with any girl what she will do. But she know one thing that David will always take care of her. And now she is pregnant with David's child. She is three months pregnant. David is taking care of her very well. After all she is going to be the mother of his child. Maybe soon he would marry her. She is waiting for that day. David would propose to her for marriage. After all she is pregnant with his child. Few days ago, David said to her that he is thinking about to marry her because of her pregnancy. He wants to marry her because of his child. He wants to give her the perfect social status for his unborn child. He loves his unborn child so much. Sometimes Lora felt jealous because of that, David only cares about the child. He doesn’t care about her like that. But she feels happy because of that. David is a protective father. He loves his unborn child so much. Lora go near David and sit beside him on the same couch. David look at her, after finish the talking he cut the call. David said, “ Is there anything you want to tell me Lora?” Lora said with hesitation, “ Actually.... David, I want to go Chicago.” David look at her. He said, “ Why you want to go Chicago Lora? You are pregnant. I will not let you go there. Just take proper rest at home.” Lora said with pleading tone, “ Please David let me go there. I am feeling really bored here.” David said, “ I am not going to give you the permission. Because I am worrying about you and my little child. I don’t want to take any risk. My little baby is inside your womb.” Lora said, “ Please David let me go. I promise you I will take care of our little child very well. Trust me I can really take care of myself. I am really getting bored here. I badly want to go Chicago city.” David glared at her angrily. But she again start to pleading in front of David. David know very well now Lora will not stop her pleading until he give her the permission to go Chicago. David said, “ Okay you can go to Chicago city. But you have to take care of yourself very well. You also have to take care of my little child properly. (Lora look at him with grinning face. She is looking so happy. She hug David.) But I have some conditions for you if you want to go there. (Lora release him from her hug. Then she look at David with questioning look. She ask to David what are those conditions.) Firstly you will go there by my private jet. Secondly one of my bodyguard will go with you. And thirdly you cannot do anything which will harm you and our baby.” Lora said with smile, “ Okay Mr. David I agree with your conditions. Thank you so much David. Now I can traveling to the beautiful Chicago city.” David said, “ When you want to leave from here?” Lora said with smile, “ After 2 days.”

Actually David have few houses in United States. But most of the times he lives in Palo alto. (Palo Alto is a city in California’s San Francisco Bay Area, United States) But now he and Lora are living in the New York city from two months because of his some business works. In New York city he has a luxurious penthouse in Madison Avenue.

Kyra is entering into the MV group's office. Today she wears black colour business suits. She wears black colour loose pant, black colour long suit, under the black colour long suit she wears white colour shirt. Her body is covered from head to toe. She always likes to dress up modestly. No one could guess her body's figure because of her loose and long clothes. Her grandmother always taught her to dress up modestly. When she is entering into the office few employees of MV group see her. They greeting her by saying good morning ma'am. Kyra also reply to them by saying good morning.

Kyra is discussing about a building project with three employees inside her cabin. They all are sitting on the Kyra's desk. At that time Dev Varma come into her cabin. Kyra look at him with questioning look. Dev said, “ Kyra I want to talk with you.” Kyra said, “ Dev I am doing a important discussion about a project I don’t have time to talk with you.” Dev said, “ Kyra it’s urgent. Please just give me 5 minutes.” Kyra is feeling so irritating. She said to the employees, “ Okay guys I will talk with you all later. You all can go now from here.” Those three employees leave from Kyra's cabin. Kyra stand up from her chair and she go near Dev. Kyra said, “ Don't you have any manners? Why you enter into my cabin without knocking on the door? Don't ever come into my cabin without knocking! I just hate that.” Dev said, “ Why you like to insult me with your talk Kyra?” Kyra said, “ You know very well why I talk with you like that. Why you came here? You shouldn’t come here.” Dev take a deep breath. Then he said, “ Kyra stop your wedding. You cannot marry that Jay Singh.” Kyra said with irritating tone, “ Who are you to tell me this?” Dev said, “ Kyra I know you are angry on me. But trust me Kyra I really didn’t want to marry Avni. But Mom and Dad forced me and they emotionally blackmailed me. You know everything very well Kyra. Even when they fixed my marriage with Avni you also said to me to marry her.” Kyra said with mocking, “ And you married her! You married her because I am not a perfect girl for you. You just wanted to listen to your parents. What a loyal and loving son!” Dev instantly said out, “ Kyra I know you were very hurt. But it wasn’t my fault.” Kyra said with angry tone, “ Yea it wasn’t your fault. It was my fault. I am not a perfect woman. Am I right?” Dev said, “ Kyra I still love you. I cannot live with Avni for the whole life. Give me 5/6 months I will divorce Avni.” Kyra look at him with disbelief. Then she smiles. Her smile is saying that "Are you kidding with me?" She said with mocking tone, “ You married her about 5 months ago. And now you want to give her divorce? Listen to me very carefully Dev I don’t love you anymore. You know what I should only hate you. But I don’t hate you. Because you don’t deserve my love and my hate. When I needed you by my side you just left me. And you married to my sister because you are a obeyed and loyal son. Now you want to give her divorce.” Dev said, “ I don’t love her Kyra, I love you. You know very well when I was a teenage boy I started to love you. Even I wanted to propose you but I was afraid about your rejection. When we were 18 our fathers decided that after we completed our graduation they will married us. And because of that I got the courage to proposed you and you accepted my love. You said to me that you love me. And now you are telling me that you don’t love me anymore.” Kyra said, “ Because I was fool that’s why I loved you. Dev I have lot of works to do, so can you just leave from my cabin. I don’t like to talk with you about the past. It's so frustrating!” Dev instantly said, “ Kyra I know you were hurt because of my married with Avni. But I was helpless that time. I really could not decide that time what I should do and what I shouldn’t do. The situation made me do that. But trust me Kyra I still love you the same. Don't marry that Jay Singh. Even he is older than you and he has a daughter.” Kyra said with angrily “ I will obviously married to him. After all he is a well known billionaire businessman. I don’t care about the age gap. He is only around 8 years older than me. And what you said he has a daughter! Isn’t it good for me? Finally a little beautiful girl will call me as her mother. I really like that. Now just leave from here.” Dev silently hearing her words. He know very well he hurt her in the past by marrying Avni. But now he have to do something. He cannot let Kyra married with Jay. After all he still love her. If Kyra agree with him then he will give divorce to Avni. He cannot live with Avni because he doesn’t love her. And he doesn’t like her at all because she is so selfish type girl. Dev said with calmness, “ Kyra look if you want to marry him for his daughter then trust me you shouldn’t marry him. Give me 5 or 6 months I will divorce Avni. Then we will marry. And after our marriage we can adopt a little girl or a little boy from a orphanage.” By hearing his words Kyra is feeling so angry. She go near her desk. Then she take a glass of full water from her desk. After that she come near Dev. Dev give her a questioning look. Kyra instantly throw all the water on his face from the glass. Dev become shocked because of that. His face become wet, his shirt and suit's half portion become wet because of the water. Dev yelled at her, “ What the...............Kyra!” Kyra said with serious tone, “ I should do that earlier when you started your nonsense talking. Now you got your answer. You are nobody for me. And you know very well about my temper and personality. It will be better for you if you stay away from me. Just get lost from here before I lost my temper.” Dev glared at her. He said out with normal tone, " You are making mistake Kyra. You don’t love him. Still you are ready to marry him." Kyra said with irritating expression, " Why you are interfering in my life? Are you my elder brother? Listen Dev, I just don’t want to talk with you. But I want to say one thing, actually I like my fiance Jay. He is a good person. Soon I would marry him. He is perfect for me. Did you get that? Now just leave from here." Dev is feeling anger. But he controls his anger and left from there without saying anything.

Dev angrily enter into his cabin. Because of his anger he throw all the files and papers from his desk. He start to running his hand through his hairs because of frustration. He cannot lose Kyra. Because of his parents he had to married that spoiled brat Avni. But he cannot live his whole life with her. He only loves Kyra. It was also his fault! He should stand beside Kyra that time. He should escape from here with Kyra that time. Why he only worried about his family that time? He is his parents only child that’s why they emotionally blackmailed him that time. Everything ruined between Kyra and him. He hurt Kyra's feelings. Kyra was in so much pain, and depression. He know it was his fault. But he doesn’t want to lose Kyra. He still loves her. How he will control himself? He cannot see her to marry with that Jay Singh. Oh god! What he would do now? He knows very well, Kyra will marry him. After all he is perfect for her. Avni said to him that Jay and his Dadi know everything about Kyra. And they have no problem with that. Even Dadi fixed her marriage date so early. After one and half month Kyra and Jay's wedding day. He is feeling helpless and angriness. That Jay Singh will snatch his Kyra so easily. It was his fault. He shouldn’t marry Avni. He should marry Kyra at time. He already lost Kyra by marrying Avni. He was such a fool! Why he married Avni?
