An awkward silence settled over me as I stood staring at Hanna with a shocked expression on my face. Her face, it was as if she was never hurt, pale, beautiful, and flushed with blood. The bouncing light from her dangling earrings made her face stand out, even more, she seems to have slimmed down a lot compared to the last time I saw her. Her face which used to be more rounder was now long and her jaw, did she work on that too, despite the obvious difference in her appearance, the air around her hasn’t changed a bit.
She still looked as elegant as ever, the carton colour jacket she had over her white gown slightly showing underneath the thigh-length jacket. And the knee-length heeled boots she had on to match the jacket made her stand out even more, she looked trendy.
