She looked up at Edward, who was watching her with a keen eye. "What's happening?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Edward's smile grew wider. "Your power is awakening," he said. "It's responding to the magic in the room."
Ava felt a shiver run down her spine. She had never felt anything like this before. It was like her body was coming alive, like her cells were vibrating with energy.
As she stood there, feeling the power build inside of her, Ava knew that she was on the verge of something big. She was on the verge of discovering a part of herself that she never knew existed.
And with that thought, Ava felt the power surge forward, like a dam breaking inside of her. She felt herself being lifted off the ground, like she was floating on a wave of energy.
Ava's eyes locked onto Edward's, and she saw a look of wonder on his face. "It's happening," he said, his voice full of excitement. "Your power is awakening.Ava felt herself being lifted higher and higher, until she was floating in mid-air. She looked down and saw Edward staring up at her in amazement.
As she floated there, Ava felt a sense of freedom and power that she had never experienced before. She felt like she could do anything, like nothing was impossible.
But as she looked down at Edward, Ava saw a look of concern on his face. "Ava, be careful," he said, his voice firm but gentle. "You're not in control yet. You need to learn how to harness your power."
Ava nodded, feeling a sense of determination wash over her. She knew that she had a lot to learn, but she was ready. She was ready to discover the secrets of her power and to learn how to control it.
As she floated there, Ava felt a strange sensation building inside of her. It was like a pressure was building, a pressure that needed to be released.
Suddenly, Ava felt herself being propelled forward, like she was being shot out of a cannon. She soared through the air, feeling a sense of exhilaration and freedom.
As she flew, Ava saw the castle and the surrounding countryside spread out before her. She saw the rolling hills and the sparkling lakes, and she felt a sense of wonder and awe.
But as she flew, Ava also felt a sense of danger. She felt like she was losing control, like she was being propelled forward by a force beyond her control.
As she soared through the air, Ava saw Edward's face below her, his eyes wide with concern. "Ava, stop!" he shouted, his voice carrying up to her on the wind. "You're going to hurt yourself!"
Ava tried to respond, but her voice was lost in the wind. She tried to slow down, but she felt like she was being propelled forward by an unstoppable force.
As she flew, Ava felt a sense of panic building inside of her. She was losing control, and she didn't know how to stop.Ava's panic turned to fear as she realized she was heading straight for a nearby lake. She tried to steer herself away from the water, but her body seemed to have a mind of its own.
Just as she was about to crash into the lake, Ava felt a sudden jolt of energy. She was slowed down, and then brought to a stop just inches above the water.
Ava breathed a sigh of relief as she looked around, trying to see what had just happened. That's when she saw him - a tall, dark-haired man standing on the shore, his eyes fixed intently on her.
"Who are you?" Ava asked, trying to keep her voice steady.
The man didn't respond. Instead, he raised his hand, and Ava felt herself being lifted out of the air and gently set down on the shore.
As she looked up at the man, Ava saw a flicker of recognition in his eyes. And then, in an instant, it was gone.
"Thank you," Ava said, trying to break the silence.
The man nodded, his eyes never leaving hers. "You're welcome," he said, his voice low and smooth. "But next time, be more careful. You could have hurt yourself."
Ava felt a flush rise to her cheeks as she looked away, feeling a little embarrassed. "I'll try," she said, trying to sound nonchalant.
As she stood there, Ava couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to this man, something she couldn't quite put her finger on.
And then, just as she was starting to feel more at ease, the man turned and walked away, leaving Ava feeling more confused than ever.Ava watched as the man disappeared into the trees, feeling a sense of wonder and curiosity. Who was he? And how had he saved her from crashing into the lake?
As she stood there, trying to make sense of what had just happened, Ava heard a rustling in the bushes behind her. She turned to see Edward emerging from the undergrowth, a look of concern on his face.
"Ava, are you okay?" he asked, rushing over to her. "I saw you flying out of control and I was worried sick."
Ava nodded, still feeling a little dazed. "I'm fine," she said. "But who was that man? The one who saved me?"
Edward's expression turned serious. "I don't know," he said. "But we need to be careful. We don't know what his motives are."
Ava felt a shiver run down her spine. What did Edward mean? Was the man who saved her somehow dangerous?
As she looked at Edward, Ava saw a flicker of uncertainty in his eyes. And then, in an instant, it was gone.
"Let's get back to the castle," Edward said, his voice firm. "We can talk more about this later."
Ava nodded, feeling a sense of unease. She knew that she had to be careful, but she couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to the man who saved her than met the eye.
As they walked back to the castle, Ava couldn't help but wonder what secrets lay hidden beneath the surface. And she knew that she was determined to find out.As they walked back to the castle, Ava couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. She kept looking over her shoulder, expecting to see the mysterious man following them.
Edward noticed her unease and put a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry, Ava," he said. "You're safe now. We'll figure out who that man was and what he wanted."
Ava nodded, feeling a little better. But she couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched.
When they arrived back at the castle, Ava was surprised to see that the mysterious man was standing in the courtyard, talking to one of the guards.
Ava's heart skipped a beat as she felt a surge of fear. What was he doing here?
Edward noticed her reaction and followed her gaze. His expression turned dark and he strode over to the man, Ava following close behind.
"What are you doing here?" Edward demanded, his voice firm.
The man turned to face them, a small smile playing on his lips. "I came to see the young witch," he said, his eyes locking onto Ava's. "I wanted to make sure she was okay after her little accident."
Ava felt a shiver run down her spine as the man's eyes seemed to bore into her soul. There was something about him that seemed familiar, but she couldn't quite put her finger on it.
"Who are you?" Ava asked, trying to keep her voice steady.
The man's smile grew wider. "My name is Liam," he said. "And I'm here to help you, Ava. Whether you like it or not.Ava's eyes narrowed as she looked at Liam. There was something about him that didn't add up. "What do you mean?" she asked, trying to keep her tone neutral.
Liam's smile grew wider. "I mean that you're in danger, Ava," he said. "You're a powerful witch, and there are people who would stop at nothing to get their hands on you."
Ava felt a chill run down her spine as Liam's words echoed in her mind. She had always known that she was different, but she had never imagined that she was in danger.
Edward stepped forward, his eyes flashing with anger. "Who are these people?" he demanded.
Liam's expression turned serious. "I'm not entirely sure," he said. "But I do know that they're powerful, and they'll stop at nothing to get what they want."
Ava felt a surge of fear as Liam's words hung in the air. She knew that she had to be careful, but she also knew that she couldn't hide forever.
"What do I need to do?" she asked, trying to keep her voice steady.
Liam's smile returned. "You need to learn how to control your powers," he said. "And you need to learn how to defend yourself. I can help you with that."
Ava hesitated for a moment, unsure of what to do. But then she looked at Edward, and saw the concern etched on his face. She knew that she had to do something, and Liam seemed like the only one who could help her.
"Okay," she said finally. "I'll let you help me."
Liam's smile grew wider. "Good," he said. "Let's get started.
