Chapter 10December 10th Thursday. Victor hated Thursdays—or hated was a strong word, but of all the weekdays, he disliked Thursdays the most. The teachers and the principal had a workplace meeting, and, for some reason, it meant he had to be there too. They never talked about things concerning his work, and all the administrative staff had their own meetings with Principal Wright. But, apparently being a school administrative assistant meant you were supposed to like meetings. For every hour passing, Victor’s mood got worse and worse. All he wanted was to be at home, watch TV, and not move a muscle.
