"Sorry," Pearl apologised and quickly pulled away from Raymond, flailing as she dangled in his hold for a few seconds before he released her.
"We need a plan," he informed her, his eyes trailing over to the closed door and then back to her, "and fast. Leonard's not a fool and the longer we spend here, the smaller our escape window becomes."
"Right," she nodded in understanding, her brows furrowing as she began brainstorming.
"Wish I had explored the island more and asked questions," she muttered, quickly growing frustrated.
"That wouldn't have helped, anyway, so don't beat yourself up," he comforted then walked over to the large window overlooking the front of the island and the ocean.
