Noah

“Jordan! What the f*****g hell?" I shouted as Rudy awkwardly left. "Yesterday I caught you on the beach with him. I knew this little encounter couldn't go well. My plan was to bring in Charlie before you two did anything, but that clearly didn't happen," she replied. "b***h!" I yelled before I stormed out of the room. I ran upstairs to my bedroom in hopes that Charlie would be in there. To my dismay, she wasn't there, so I went and knocked on the bathroom door. There was no answer, so I knocked again. "Charlie, are you there?" I asked softly.  "Go away. We're done," she mumbled loud enough for me to hear. Not knowing what to do, I decided to do what she said. I walked back to the living room to see that Rudy had left the house and everyone else looked worried. Jordan must have told them what happened. "Where is she?" Maia asked. "In the bathroom," I muttered. Blaire, who was sitting on the floor, bolted up and hurried up the stairs. "We have to go film now," Gavyn hesitated. "What about Charlie?" Amber asked. "She'll come in a bit, right?" Quinn was uncertain. "I don't think she's coming out anytime soon," I muttered.  "I wonder why," Jordan retorted. "Shut up," I snapped. Blaire came back down the stairs. "She's not coming. Go and film all the scenes without her," she said.  "Fine, bye," I rolled my eyes and stormed out. To say I was upset would be an understatement. I had f****d up. I knew that. I knew I needed to let Charlie deal with that before we could talk about it and hopefully fix it. I hoped work would be a distraction, but it wasn’t. The director was basically just ranting the whole time about how his precious little star wasn't there, in fact we hardly did any filming at all. As soon as we were dismissed from filming, I ran home. I ran straight up to my room to see if Charlie was in the room. Thankfully she was, although she was about to leave with a large bag in her hand. "Where are you going?" I asked as I blocked her path to leave. "Please move," she mumbled. "Tell me," I demanded. "I'm changing rooms. I'm going to room with Maia and Amber will room with you. We settled this all through texting," she replied. "Why didn't anyone tell me?" I questioned. She glared at me in response. "Please move now," she said after a moment. "Don't leave, just let me explain," I pleaded. "Noah," she warned. I braved her wrists, causing her to flinch and drop her bag. I looked into her eyes and said, "Please, just let me. Give me a chance to explain myself." "Let go of me," she whined. "Why, does this hurt?" I asked as I gave her a little squeeze. As she winced again, I realized that one of her wrists was all bandaged up. Before I could ask, she pulled away from me. "Look, Noah. If you didn't realize this yet, I'm going to tell this to you now. We are over. Finished. No longer dating. I know we can't get out of each other's lives, but at the very least never speak to me again," Charlie told me as she brushed past me and left the room. Tears rushed to my eyes. I decided to swallow them down, yet I just couldn't do it. Instead, I ran outside and continued running until I reached a small park. I sat on a bench and let my tears flow out. I cried and I cried until I didn't have any tears left. I loved Charlie, and I jeopardized my relationship over some guy. Rudy was special, but what I liked most was that he was a guy. Of course, everyone else accepted me for also liking girls, but did I accept myself? I still wasn’t sure. Jordan approached me as the sun set. I was still mad at her, but I needed a friend. She sat beside me and looked at me sternly. She was frustrated, for sure, but the fact that she followed me showed me that she cared, and that comforted me a little bit. "You can't just walk out on us like you did just now,” she said, “Whether you like it or not, we're all in this together. We talked to our agent and we decided that were going to take a break on the music video so that we can record some of our own music, that way it'll be easier for Charlie. The least you could do is record with us. You could be mad at us, whatever, but I love you regardless. You’re still one of my best friends. I’m sure Amber and Maia would say the same.” "Sorry," I mumbled. “Don't say sorry to me, say sorry to Charlie," she replied. "She doesn't want to listen," I told her. "We'll then make her. Go somewhere that she can't leave," she said. I nodded in reply.
