As Charlie was brought into a doctor's room, someone texted me. I looked at my phone to see that it was Jordan.  "Did you tell her yet? You know you have to soon," the text said. Jordan had come into my room moments after Rudy left the day before. As soon as she saw me, she knew that something was up. I hugged her and began to cry, so she brought me to her room and after I calmed down I told her about what had happened between Rudy and I, leaving out the part about Charlie's baby. Jordan consoled me, and when I was ready, told me I needed to own up to my actions and tell Charlie. Of course, I knew that I had to tell her; however, I knew how stressed out she was about the baby. I didn't want to make matters worse for her, so I tried my best not to let it show that something huge was on my mind. I had to be there for her, no matter what. "No, not yet. She's too stressed," I replied. "I thought you two were going shopping..?" "Yeah, since she's stressed!” I typed quickly, “The shopping will calm her down. Then I'll tell her." Charlie walked up to me with a huge smile on her face. I stood up to greet her when she took me into a giant bear hug. I wondered why she was so happy and what could have possibly changed when she dragged me outside to the car. "I was never pregnant. It was a false positive!" She crashed her lips against mine and looked at me with the most adorable smile. In that moment, I knew that I couldn't tell Charlie about Rudy. She was so happy, I couldn't possibly ruin that with my mistakes. As long as nothing else happened, she would never have to find out about it, and then no one would get hurt. "Let's go shopping! The girls think we’re doing that anyways, might as well make it true,” Charlie pulled me out of my thoughts. We spent the rest of the morning running around the mall down the street. We got home in time for lunch. We ate Chinese food in the living room while watching TV. Throughout the meal, I could tell that Jordan had her eyes on me. I tried to shield her view with Charlie’s, yet I could still feel her stare pierce my soul. "Boy, I'm stuffed. I'm heading upstairs to take a nap," I hurried as soon as I finished my food.  "I'll come with you,” Jordan declared. No matter how much I wanted to protest, I didn’t want to make a scene, especially in front of Charlie. I let her follow me upstairs and made a beeline straight to Jordan’s room, knowing that was where she wanted to talk. I took a seat on her bed. She sat down beside me and looked at me expectantly. "I couldn't do it," I confessed. "Why not? You have to tell or else someone else might," she pointed out.  "I know, but if it never happens again there will be nothing to tell, right?" I asked. She shook her head in response. "I'm just so mad, I want to kill him!" I heard Charlie shout in anger from downstairs.  "What's going on? I heard shouting," I hurried downstairs. "Rudy just texted me. He said he was glad I wasn't pregnant. He didn't say it because he was happy for me, though. He told me he's glad because now he'll have less difficulty getting you. What a f*****g d**k! Why did I ever date him? I can’t believe him. f**k, I’m so mad, I just want to scream.” “Wait, what do you mean he’s glad you’re not pregnant?” Amber interjected. “It’s a long story,” I told her before turning back to Charlie. “You're so special to me Charlie. I promise that you're the only one for me." “Hey, sorry to interrupt. I know it’s bad timing,” Maia budded in, “But our agent wants to call us with the guys right now.” "Filming starts tomorrow at eight. The director and camera crew will meet you at the beach," our agent said from the phone Maia was holding. We discussed the rest of the details briefly. Our agent decided that Rudy and Charlie would be the stars of the video. He wanted to delve into a romance plot. That definitely wasn’t going to be awkward at all. He also agreed to having Blaire, Azalea, and Melody in the video. I awoke early the next morning. I didn’t get much sleep. I couldn’t stop thinking about what I needed to tell Charlie. Instead of facing her, though, I made my way to the beach bright and early before anyone else. Although, when I arrived, I saw Rudy, sitting in the sand. I couldn’t understand why, but I decided to sit beside him. The first thing he did when he saw me was lean in and kiss me. This time, I didn’t feel repulsed at all. I felt relieved.
