Rudra was still in shock, and instead of eating food he has been playing with his fork

"So, you wanted to settle out of the country...?" Armaan asked while eating his food, but hearing his words Nandini stopped eating and started staring at her husband,

"Bro, that was before your marriage..." Sid instantly defended his BJ,

Armaan tilted his head and started staring at his brother, but Sid was busy stuffing his mouth with food,

"Let him eat peacefully Armaan..." Nandini told Armaan seeing his gaze at Sid,

This Time Armaan sighed**

"You both never missed the chance to defend each other..." Hearing his words, Sid tilted his head and started staring at his brother with a smile,

"You know I love BJ more than you Bro, " Sid said, hearing his words Nandini, Sid, and Jannat all chuckled

"What happened to you, Sir? Why you aren't eating...?" Sid asked, looking at Rudra who was lost in his, own thoughts.

Hearing Sid's words, Rudra came out of his thoughts, " Nothing! Just a little worried about the Serial killer, " Rudra lied, shoving the lemon rice into his mouth.

"Serial killer?" Sid asked,

"A mental serial killer flew away from Armaan's sanitarium..." Nandini told Sid, filling his plate with rice and roasted chicken.

"Bj Enough..." Sid tried to stop her but she glared at him,

"I especially told your exhausted brother to make this for you so shut up and eat..." Nandini said,

Jannat smiled, " We are also here BJ, "

Nandini was about to put rice and roasted chicken into her plate but Jannat stopped her,

"Come on BJ, I was kidding..." Jannat told her,

"So, who is going to deal with this case...?" Sid asked Rudra,

"The area is under your custody, " Rudra informed Sid,

Sid nodded his head but Nandini's breath got stuck in her throat, and she started staring at Rudra with horrified expressions,

She thought Rudra knowingly giving this responsibility to Sid,

"Anthony is a very dangerous serial killer, how could you ask my baby brother to deal with his case Rudra!!!" Nandini almost screamed at Rudra, her eyes were fuming with rage and her face looked so red, but Sid made an embarrassed face,

Even Armaan was also little stunned with her action,

"BJ, it's my work..." Sid said, holding Nandini's hand, but Nandini glared at Sid, " BJ!" Sid tried to say something but he was cut off by Nandini,

"I don't want to lose you, Sid, and Anthony, he is a very dangerous killer,

killing people isn't a game for him but it's his hunger, and if someone comes between him and his hungry, Anthony's throat gets thirsty for that person's blood..." Nandini told Sid, grabbing his arm possessively and staring at him with worried expressions.

On the other hand, Armaan and Rudra were shocked to hear about Anthony from Nandini's mouth, they both started staring at Nandini with a questioning gaze but Nandini's gaze was stuck on Sid,

Armaan clearly remembered that he had never told Nandini so deeply about Anthony. And the way she described Anthony, she was sounding as if she knew Anthony personally.

"I never told you anything about Anthony, " Armaan asked,

Nandini turned her attention to Armaan, "I read an article about him when you told me about his escape..." Nandini lied to him,

"It's his job butterfly..." Rudra told Nandini, but Nandini doesn't want to listen to anything, on this matter.

Hearing butterfly word, Armaan's expressions changed,

"I don't care Rudra, just keep Sid away from this case, or else I won't hesitate to go on the upper level..." Nandini told him clearly,

"Butterfly! I think guys are very close friends...!" Armaan said,

Rudra nodded his head, " We met in college, and she was our squad head" Rudra said with a smile, thinking about their past.

"But she had left her college in just two years..." Armaan told Rudra narrowing his gaze at him,

"We were together for only six months then..." Before Rudra told something to Armaan absentmindedly

Nandini cuts him off,

"Don't talk while eating Rudra or else you'll choke your food..."

Rudra looked at Nandini, he wasn't the i***t who won't understand that Nandini doesn't want him to say anything to Armaan about her past.

Armaan ignored the fact, that his wife cut off Rudra, and put roasted veggies into Rudra's plate,

"Only six months of friendship and you guys are sharing a great bond...

(Rudra paused and looks at Nandini but Nandini was already staring at her husband) We have been married for so many years but even today Nandini and I could not be friends,

I can't even call her with endearment," Hearing Armaan's words, Rudra's expressions changed,

"Maybe she is scared of making friends, " Rudra said, looking at Nandini,

"Yaa right, But Armaan is my husband, and we are already sharing an unbreakable bond..." Nandini said,

"Aaaww BJ you are so sweet, I wish I could become a wife like you for my Ibru...." Jannat said, passing the sweetest smile to Nandini, and she returned her smile with equal sweetness,

"I wish you could take my Sid's name instead of Ibrahim..." Hearing her words, Sid and Jannat choked their food at the same time, because they both weren't expecting such words from Nandini,

Even Armaan was stunned, but he made Jannat drink the water and pat her, on the other hand, Nandini was taking care of Sid,

Once they both calmed down, Jannat started staring at Nandini, " what? You know I like you and I always wanted you to stay with us, " Nandini explained to Jannat, that's when Jannat smiled,

Of course, Poor Jannat took Nandini's words as a joke,

"I think I should leave now...!" Rudra said,

Everyone turned their gazes to Rudra,

"But you haven't eaten anything, sir?" Sid said, looking at Rudra's plate

"I am already very late, the constable and mom must be waiting for me..." Rudra said,

"Aunty is here...?" Nandini asked and Rudra nodded his head, then he turned his gaze to Armaan,

"Will see you soon Dr. Armaan, I want to discuss some important points with you over this case..." Rudra said, shaking his hand with Armaan,

"I'll drop you..." Sid said, getting up from the chair but Nandini grabbed his hand and wiped his mouth with a tissue,

"BJ, how long you are planning to treat me like a Baby?" Sid asked her,

"as long as I am live..." Hearing her words, Sid made an emotional face.

"Don't get sad, I was kidding..." Nandini said, patting Sid's cheek then turned her attention on Rudra,

"I have two requests for you..." Rudra nodded his head with a smile,

" First Please keep Sid away from this case and second, I want you to bring aunty here for dinner on Sunday..." Nandini said,

"Well, about your first request so I can't guarantee you but I am personally dealing with the matter so in case,

If any danger comes to Sid, I'll stand in front of him as rock, and about Mom, she in the morning, will leave for Canada, my sister is pregnant..." Rudra told Nandini,

"Rudra, you know how precious Sid is to me! ( Rudra nodded his head) please take care of my Sid, (Nandini made a worried face) I honestly never wanted Sid to join this profession but because of his stubbornness I kneed in front of him" Nandini explained,

"I can see that don't worry, I'll take care of him..." Rudra assured Nandini,

"Thank you, " Armaan told Justin, getting up from the chair and wiping his mouth.

"Good night..." Rudra told everyone,

"Wait Rudra, " Nandini said and instantly ran into the kitchen,

"My wife is a little crazy...!" Armaan told Rudra and Rudra mumbled, " I know " but Armaan heard him,

"Bj is very possessive about me, just like my bro, but don't take her words too seriously. I'll be very honored to be a part of this case..." Rudra told Sid,

"Your BJ will set him on fire if anything happens to you..." Armaan told his brother,

"Your brother is right Officer Siddharth and trusts me I don't want to die in my early 30's, " Rudra said, in a joking manner,

"Take this with you..." Nandini said, giving the box to Rudra,

He took it but passed Nandini's questioning gaze, " My husband made these Almond biscuits, You'll love it...!" Nandini said, hugging Armaan's arms.

"Thanks, " Rudra said,

"I am going to drop him out Bj, " Rudra said,

Nandini turned around and witnessed Jannat cleaning the table, " Don't do that, I am calling servants up, they'll clean it..." Nandini told Jannat, taking the plates from her hand and putting them on the table.

"Go and do your studies... " Nandini told Jannat,

But suddenly Jannat hugged Nandini and kissed her both cheeks one by one, then she stepped back,

Nandini put her palm on her cheeks and looked at Jannat with a raised brow, " What was this for...?" Nandini said,

"Thank you for never letting me feel like a stranger, thank you for playing all important roles in my life, " Jannat said,

Nandini didn't say anything but smiled looking at her in a motherly manner, there is only 5 year age difference between Jannat and Nandini but Nandini is 100 times more mature than Jannat and Sid,

Once Jannat left them alone, Armaan picked Nandini in his arms and a shocking gasp escaped from her mouth, she wasn't expecting him to pick her up in his arms all of sudden.

She wrapped her arms around her husband, " Sid and Jannat can see us..." Nandini told him but ignored her words and was about to take her to their room but Nandini fisted his t-shirt tightly,

"My cell phone..." Armaan moved to the table and she instantly picked up her cell phone,

Once they stepped into the room, Armaan kicked the door and locked it, then he moved to the bed and threw his wife on it, she bounced two times and started staring at her husband,

In the blink of eyes, Armaan towered over her body and hugged her tightly, almost all of his weight was resting on her,

Seeing him depressed she instantly wrapped her arms around him, " What's wrong Armaan...?" she asked,

"Anthony killed two ward boys and one of our nurses is badly injured, " Armaan told her,

To make him relax, she started stroking her palm on his back and combing his hair with her fingers.

"Police will catch him soon...!" Nandini said, but he snuggled his face between the valley of her chest, and started inhaling her fragrance,

"He was my patient, I wasn't expecting such cruelty from him..." Armaan told her,

"Anthony is a vicious animal, I don't know why the court hadn't crucified him for his deeds..." Hearing her words, Armaan tilted his face and looked into her beautiful hypnotic eyes,

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that" Armaan told her, brushing his fingers over her lips and observing her face very keenly.

She sighed under him heavily, "not every sin is forgiven Armaan, I know you are a great person, but showing kindness to ungrateful people will make you pay one day..." Nandini said, closing his eyes.

"Was Rudra your ex?" Hearing his question, Nandini didn't react because she was already expecting this from him.

"You don't have to worry about him, I am all yours..." Nandini said, opening his eyes and flipping Armaan under her.

She sat on his stomach and bend over him, resting her palms on either side of the bed.

"You still haven't checked your gifts right...?" She asked,

Armaan grabbed her waist and turned his face, Nandini chased his gaze and witnessed his bag, that he put on the couch.

"Stay here! " Nandini said, and instantly got down from the bed,

She picked up his bag and pulled out both the gifts, then she came back to her husband and sat on the bed in Indian style,

"Now I am curious to check my gifts, " Armaan said, taking the gifts from her hand.

"This one is for making me the permanent mother of Sid, " Hearing that, Armaan started staring at his wife with so much love and emotions,

"And this one?" Armaan showed the other box to her,

"This one for your greatness..." Nandini replied with a smile, moving close to him and sitting on his lap,

"Open them...!" Nandini told him,

Armaan hugged her from the bed and rest his chin on her shoulder, then he started opening the box,

"Chip...?" Armaan said,

Nandini nodded her head and attached the chip to her cell phone, then she gave herself cell phone to Armaan and rest her head on his neck like a baby,

"This is our new home, I bought this under your name, " Nandini said, showing every concern for their new mansion, it has everything that a family wants to live their life peacefully,

For the last few years, Nandini was extremely busy expanding her business that's why she never cared about home, but now she brought her husband's dream place,

"It's... It's beautiful, but don't you think it's very big, " Hearing his words, Nandini smiled,

"Both of the brothers were born in the wrong family..." Nandini commented,

"After seeing this gift, I am scared to open your other gift..." Armaan said,

"Don't you like it my first gift?" Nandini asked, with tensed expressions,

Armaan instantly cupped her face and kissed her lips so softly, so tenderly, pouring all his love into his kiss, " I love it, I honestly love it but I am feeling a little bad to know that you spent your hard earning to make my dream home...."

"I had come into your life with empty hands Armaan, whatever I have today, it's all because of you, it's you who made me the chair main of your empire, it's you who is the reason for my success, " She said, genuinely looking into his eyes,

Her hate and anger toward Armaan were one-sided, but she can never forget what Armaan had given her, even if she would give her life for him, she won't be able to pay the debt of his kindness,

For a few minutes, Armaan kept staring at her, and then he put a soft kiss on her head, " I am glad to have you as my wife, " Nandini didn't commented because she wasn't happy to get him as her husband,

She signaled him with her eyes to open the other gift, Armaan smiled, he liked it very much when his wife talk to him with her eyes,

"Again chip..." Armaan said, and Nandini nodded her head once again.

"I hope, You accept this gift of mine," Nandini said, tightening her grip around him.

"There must be some crazy inside it," Armaan said,

Seeing the gift, Armaan's mind got numb, and his gaze stuck on her cell phone screen. He can't believe what he has been seeing, he looked at Nandini, and this time Nandini kissed him but she put a kiss on his nose,

"I have bought the Medical college and their hospital in your name, where 60% of the treatment will be provided to the poor public for free..." Nandini told him,

"But... But it was a government hospital and college, " Armaan asked her with astonishing expressions,

"Well, I paid a huge amount to the government for this, " Nandini said, hugging his face.
