"Do you know the risk of what you've done today?" Damian asked.
"Yes, I know," replied Louis, his voice almost muffled. "They threatened to kill my mother."
"There's Leona with Madame Iris." Damian took a deep breath. "Even if Leona doesn't look reliable, didn't she manage to take good care of your mother in the end?"
"I'm just scared. The Black Knight is very strong! You won't be able to handle it!" Louis exclaimed hysterically. The young man shook his head several times in panic. "They're after me! Chasing me every day! Asking me to bring Lynne! How could I let that happen?"
