Epilogue: Intervention and Happily-ever-after

Luca looked around the bedroom to check that everything was ready for his intervention. Wine on the nightstand, vanilla-scented candles everywhere, and soft music playing on the stereo. A plate of sandwiches was ready in the fridge if Gus hadn’t had time to eat at the hospital as usual.
