I was sure the women were ready to step out of the room, hopefully, I could protect them until we could get to safety.
As I slowly opened the door, I checked to see if the hallway was clear. Stepping out of the room first with the gun in my hand ready to shoot if I need to.
I open the door wider to signal the other women to follow me into the hallway. We had the women back up against the wall as we moved down the hall.
I started to hear a lot of commotion going on from a distance. We moved towards the sound to see what was going on.
