Xavier threw a light blue file down heavily on his study table.
“What is this?” Lana queried, opening the file to show the picture of the time-travel device.
Rose was thorough. She’d made a detailed report regarding how to use the device, what it did, and all the dangerous repercussions that could arise from it. First and foremost being that time travel was apparently addictive according to the ancestors. People kept trying to go back and forth, trying to change things or live in a different time-space which ended with mostly disastrous consequences.
“Wait, so it says Tony is the one that hid it.” Lana looked at Tony curiously now. Her gaze levelled on him. “Is this what you were planning to go hide when I suggested the caves?”
Tony nodded mutely as Xavier let out a tired chuckle.
