Tony looked at her, hugging herself and looking vulnerable, her face hidden from his line of sight by the darkness. He ached to reach out and hold her.  “I miss you,” his voice was laced with emotion. “I’m right here,” Lana responded in a small voice. “If only you’d stop avoiding me.” “I’m doing it for your own good,” Tony replied. “Tonight’s the first night I’ve actually been able to look at you without my wolf trying to take control.” Tony sighed again. “He misses you too.” Lana choked back a sob.
