“Shut up, woman , and let me marvel!” Slade says and I am already imagining her melting all down just because Ryder kissed us.
“Slade!” I growl at her and look at him as he sneaks up behind a group of warriors where Greg and Ian are too. “he just mocked us in front of his entire pack! And I am not marrying him in one month!” I tell her remembering what he just said.
“But I am!” my stupid wolf continues and all I want is to run away from this party.
That jerk just left me alone here.
I look around and everyone is partying. Esme and Dae are dancing, my so-called loving mate is with his men and I just sit here like a fool.
Maybe if I sneak back to my bedroom no one will notice. I take one more look in Ryder’s direction, not stopping myself fro
