Did he say that we are mates?
Holy crap! He must be sick in his head. Is he bipolar or what?
“Mates?” I ask giving him an indifferent look. “This is between mates?” and I start to laugh pointing to the distance between us.
“Yes” and he says that using his alpha voice that gives me a shiver on my spine, because his voice is so powerful and demanding.
“We are far from being mates, Alpha Clayton” I tell him. and look how Mark is back on his feet and tries to come to me.
At least Ryder punched him hard enough, this is the good part of this day.
“Even if you like it or not, Eden” Ryder tells me and hearing him calling my name makes me look at him. “The goddess decided that we fit together and with what you just tried to do here you betrayed the goddess’s will. “
