MAGNOLIA  A couple of weeks had gone by with me relentlessly counting every ticking of the clock.  I was barely at home, and my parents barely cared, including my mother, who must have been brainwashed by dad.  Every day was the same, though there had been changes through the weekends. But for the weekdays, the loop was unvarying.  Each morning before school, I had to be around Reign's sight in his headquarter, forced to consume at least two cups of coffee and watch him sign a stack of papers or relentlessly type on the keyboard of the computer. Thereupon, we leave for school hand in hand, having his men holding my backpack since their boss had shown a very particular concern for my wellness, not knowing that everything about him was cancer to me. Spreading fast and eating me inside.
