Kaden sighed, his fingers resuming their impatient tapping on the table. It had taken him five days to get back on his feet, which would have been impressive for any other human in the world, but for him - it meant five days spent on bedrest with nothing to do but stare at the wall and distract himself with the papers Holland brought him since, apparently, his injury was not serious enough to skip work.
