10 Magery Julian knocked on the door, making a firm staccato series of thumps against the wood. A muffled voice from within indicated the occupant would be with them in a minute, so he stepped back and waited. Beside him, Raedrick smirked slightly but said nothing. A short while later, the door swung open, revealing the woman Julian met the night before in the taproom.
