RAINA’S POV
I laid on the bed like a log of wood for hours after the maids had left me that morning. My mind worked furiously throughout the day, I had enough time to think. I needed to get out of this pack as soon as possible, back to my one true mate.
Maybe Alpha Ethel had realized it wasn’t that possible to invade the pack so he was plotting a new, more calculated strategy, but I couldn’t wait that long.
