DECLAN’S POV
I was speechless for a few seconds, I didn’t like being caught off my guard but Leia seemed to be an expert at doing that, and I had only met her twice.
I caught a hold of myself as the awkward silence dragged by and I found my tongue yet again. The cold breeze that cascaded over my skin was beginning to really get to me, it was to my own detriment that I had decided to leave my coat behind.
