RAINA’S POV
I felt good…no, I felt better. Up until the point I saw the strange lady clinging to King Declan’s body so magnetically. Was there something between them? I wondered with dismay. It looked so sensual, as if they had known each other for a while.
My eyes were sharp enough to notice the hairs on Declan’s neck, and his right arm rising when she had been whispering into his ears. The way his body reacted to the closeness with her, made my blood boil with envy. I was so jealous of her at this point, that she could do that to him.
