Chapter Fourteen
“Kane?”
“Sarah, he’s been blowing up my phone and I want you to be safe. If you’re not comfortable staying with me, when you get home we can start apartment hunting and I’ll help you move.”
I thought about his words for a moment before nodding to myself, “Just til I find somewhere else. Kane, I’ve got to go. I’ll call you back later.”
We said our goodbyes and I hung up my phone. Pulling my dress over my head before tossing my phone into my purse as the door swung open and Dom came inside. His eyes lit up as they moved over my body.
