He seems confused, someone must have informed them that it’s someone else. “Hi.” He greeted at me, I just looked at him, without greeting back.   “Of course! It’s not impossible for that look to do something dirty.” Said the woman with a cherry red hair and deep blue eyes, that compliment with her white skin complexion. She rolled her eyes.   “Bring her.” That voice gives me shiver. A man from behind, I can’t explain what I was feeling, his presence is shouting dominance, authority, and danger. His deep green eyes bore at me, I felt so suffocated by just looking at his emotionless pair of eyes.   The guards immediately pulled me, and I started to walk. they are talking while we’re on our way to the school, and I have no damn idea what will happen to me. How could I end up like this? I love Cassandra more than I love myself. She was there when I needed someone the most. Her family accepted me, even if the whole town loathed me.   And this is my way of giving back all the good things they did to me. If they will kill me or confined me, that’s not a problem, but if I’m lucky enough, I know I can get out of that place.   I did not notice how far we've walked since we got out of the car, and I don't care, this is the end of the freedom that I have, because I don't know what they will do once I step in to that place. I haven't noticed how far we've walked since we got out of the car, and I don't even know, this is the end of the Freedom I have, because I don't know what they will do once I get in. here.   The first thing I saw when I stepped on the entrance was the dark road. It was wide but dark. It looked like a highway with no post lights, but as we walked, the lights suddenly lit up all the way to the end of the road in front of us.   Due to sudden ambient light, I could now see how the surroundings really look like There is still forest on both sides of the road, fenced with thin and tall steel. There are also gates on either side every few meters we pass. There are signs posted on them that say "Beware," do not enter without permission, "and so on. There was also a strange sound coming from the forest on the other side of the yard.   I can’t help but worry, it doesn’t look like school to me. The place looked like a torture chamber. I am certain that this will be the last place I will see. I suddenly felt goosebumps as we approached the destination. Gradually the road widens. The road was opening out for something huge and big.   I took a deep breath to calm myself. The place was so big, I could feel how small and unfit I was in this place, and it was coming at us, imposing on us its frightening presence. It covers the dark sky.   We were walking towards the main room, but the palace was very spacious, it just looked like the lobby of its main chamber, after a while the surroundings lit up again as we walked, I finally saw the double surroundings, screaming luxury, especially the huge chandelier in the middle of the hall, and other kinds of plants which I haven’t seen in my entire life before this day.   I looked at the people in front of me, I can see how they are perfectly fit to his place. They walked as if they were born walking to this huge hallway. I can see how unfair life is. People like them are so far from us, town people. They will never get to know the feeling of walking with this f*****g handcuff.   We stopped at the end of the hallway in front of a big brown door, Headmaster’s office was engraved on the door, with the school logo. The guy with the green eyes knocked before turning the door knob. The two guards we’re left outside. A familiar smell filled my nostril as I stepped in to the room.   “Headmaster.” They all greeted a middle-aged man who’s sitting in a swiveled chair and currently signing the pile of paper in front of him. He put down his pen and lean on his chair and folded his arms.   “Take your seat.” Everyone oblige, I wasn’t planning to, but that b***h girl suddenly pulled my arm and forced me to do it. He looked at me, I was stunned when I realized that he has purple-colored eyes. It was fascinating to see someone with that color of eyes. “You must be what we are looking for.” His voice made me came back to the present situation.   “Yes.” I answered in straight face, ignoring the fascination I felt earlier.   “May I know why you did it?” his voice we’re calm, but I remained my straight face, my deadass eyes looking at him.   “No.” I said, I even hear the smiling guy chuckled, and the b***h woman called me b***h followed by a smug chuckled, I didn’t hear anything from the guy with the green eyes.   “Okay. Then, you must know why they brought you here?” I just nod, “What’s your magic?” I didn’t move in my place.   “It’s nothing that will interest you, I can’t even make a living out of that.” I said.   “Hmm, then, what is it?” he repeated again.   “Sealing magic. I can only open and close anything.” I said, I felt the embarrassment. I was surrounded by students who has more interesting, more powerful and more advance magics, and me? nah.   “Hmm.” He acted like he was thinking or what, “Okay. Let’s do this.” He clasped his hands, “Are you aware about the upcoming game?”   He means, the survival tournament? The Vior Meet?   “One of our player cannot play, not so long ago, we discovered that she has heart disease, and won’t be able to join the meet. This game is a survival game that requires strong mind and body, and we can’t just gamble her life and send her to the meet.”   I can’t understand why he was explaining these things? Should he be explaining the punishment I shall be receiving up to this moment?     “Okay. You’re not getting it.” He stopped, “I’ll get straight to the point.” Why say now? Does he have all the time? Jeez. “Join the meet. Join that survival game. Once you got out of the game, I will let you get out of this place, without anyone except the people in this room knows what you’ve done tonight. I give you, my word.”   If this is not the situation, I must have been laughing my ass out. I didn’t see this one coming. Well, I have nothing to fear of. I have no family that will be left behind, nor a pet to go home to. I only have my best friend, and she should be living a life, not this one.   I stared back at him, “Deal.”
